Clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options. Tasty. Just needs peanut butter. Easy access to/from I-5. Beautiful decor. Quiet rooms and lots of parking. Close to numerous eating options. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Great location! Room was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with toiletries. A lots of restaurants nearby (1 to 3 min walking distance). We love the breakfast option. Also that there's a snack selection. The staff was awesome! We will definitely stay there again

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, there were many walkable shops and restaurants. The Breakfast was great and has plenty of choices. The pool and fitness room was wonderful, The rooms were clean and spacious and have all the amenities we need. We will definitely come back! THE BEST & NEWEST HOTEL IN THE AREA!

First stay was upgraded to a suite with a very comfortable stay. Other stays are comfortable with ample space to enjoy a stay, ample parking, nearby restaurants and easy access to JBLM and highways. Love all the staff here and always have snacks, drinks, meals, and other goodies well stocked, great breakfast, always available coffee, tea, hot water, and the staff always go above and beyond to make your stay that much more comfortable.

This place looks even better in person than on the site. Seemed brand new and was spotlessly clean. Big room, 2 TVs. Has washer/dryer available. Good, quiet location. The 'suite' allowed plenty of room

I give 3 stars for standard, clean and friendly hotels. That's a good rating from me. To get 4, it has to go above the average and to get 5, it should be extraordinary in some way. Don't be fooled because I gave it 3 stars. It's so clean, it appeared new. The sundry was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And they have USB charging capability. The biggest downfall was a substandard breakfast. There was a staff member trying to keep it clean which was appreciated, but there was no restocking. When we showed up, I had to ask for glasses for juice. I saw no plates, so someone asked about that. It wasn't "packed" - seemed pretty normal as far as volume goes. We were heading to the coast so I wanted to get south of Tacoma. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

This is an amazing hotel!! I have a bad back and I usually have a tough time sleeping in a hotel bed. Not this one -I slept all night!! The hotel is clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. There are a number of places to have dinner within a few minutes walk. I would like to thank Edwin Beltran and Ninna for providing phenomenal customer service!! Both of them were amazing and they should write a book about excellent customer service!!!
