Pro: the view from the room is amazing , left my phone in the room and went back find it , thanks for keeping my phone . Breakfast is amazing . 早餐不錯房間風景很好, 但是房間裝修質量差, 類似國內四星酒店質量。
Cons : check in take 1.5 hour, I got my key at 4:30pm! 3pm room not ready . check out also take 1 hour . 退房比菜市場排隊的人還多。 服務有問題。
Mini bar is not free, I took all drinks out because I don’t want my kid to drink soda , I just put them in on the higher shelf so kids cannnot reach , nobody drink anything from mini bar! But at check out they charged me over 800 AED for mini bar . I had to a fight with the receptionist , he said if you take it out from the fridge , it’s automatically charged . I said I did not drink anything, it’s all in the room . then finally manager came and took off the charge.
6:30 pm afterwards it’s not very hot , kids want to swim, but they close the pool at 7pm , so kids could only swim for 20 mins . 泳池早上7點才開, 但是七點已經非常熱了。 晚上好一點, 但是7點就關了。 非常不合理。 有一個網紅泳池, 如果拍照要預約, 早上9點才開, 也是非常不合理。
Milo restaurant food is not good at all . Milo 海鮮餐廳質量差, 不推薦。 早餐不錯。
一萬多房費迷你吧不免費, 特別注意如果你把飲料從冰箱拿出來, 就會算錢。 我們退房還和前台吵了一架, 我説沒喝你飲料為什麼算錢, 我拿出來是因為我不想我的小孩喝飲料, 所以拿出來放高處了, 都在房間裏,沒有少。 總的來説服務不怎麼樣。 風景好。

非常棒的體驗!這次任性了一把,開了連通房,其實就是兩間房。硬件沒話説,早餐一流!去舊的亞特蘭蒂斯有奔馳商務車shuttle bus 。辦理入住的時候,前台看到我有預訂隔壁nobu,怕過了時間段,孩子進不去,特意聯繫nobu幫我改了預約時間。一切都很好,很回味。唯一的一個bug,是付按金,要2k迪一人。身上沒有那麼多現金,那就刷卡,到了付密碼,真的是汗流浹背。因為密碼是四位數的,真的弄了十幾分鍾,身邊每一張卡(單幣)都試過。最後還是問了度娘,國內的卡,密碼輸入前四位。
