Our check-out time is 12:00 pm, we also do provide late check-out until 3 pm free of charge. But only if our occupancy permits. We've had reservations and your room was allocated to a guest, who called us and informed they'd arrive by 2 PM, maybe even a bit eariler. Hence the sole reason, why we couldn't really afford to give you a late check-out at 2 PM. Or else, we'd have been happy to provide you a late check-out at 4 pm even free of charge. Despite this turn of event, you also fairly mentioned the positives, our continental 30+ item buffet breakfast, the welcoming staff. Regarding the room change from 7012, that is the most serious of service lapse that took place from our part, and we will get to the bottom of it. It should have been rather easy to relocate the room. Generally our non window rooms are a bit lower priced. But nonetheless, we will take into account your constructive feedback and make way for better improvement moving forward. A complimentary upgrade awaits you in the future to make up for these lapse in service. We cannot wait to see you again at Hotel 71. May the good times and good fortunes be with you always.
