This is a wonderful location for us. We stay here when we come down to see our grandchildren. There are lots of places to take them for entertainment, eating and shopping. We can pop popcorn and watch a movie in the room or swim indoors no mater what the weather. The staff are always so patient and helpful. This last visit they had a new waffle maker. It allows you to make one to four small round waffles. This worked really we for me and the batter is fantastic. This is our home away from home.

This was the worst stay ever, we checked in and went up stairs to our room, when we 1st stepped in it was dirty, bathtub was still full of water, looks like someone used the toilet, overall furnished was scratched and old, looks like a dog chewed on a conner of a sofa, horrible, horrible, horrible, we called front desk asked for better room was told nothing was available, we couldn't stay in such filthy, dirty place, we left, I wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay there, it needs to be renovated!!!!!

The hotel was great however the blinds in my room where a cheap paper something you would get at the dollar store. One of the elevator went down.

Paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors alarms. Don’t know what happens here but everything is broken. Holes in the walls.

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fine. The lobby/breakfast area is so weirdly small and cramped. They get you for parking for $12. Total rip off, especially considering when we got back in the evening there was none nearby!

The place is great but my room didn’t have a curtain . They put a paper curtain to make the room dark . Not really a good first impression. Everything was pretty clean and the location is great.

Like the two bedroom for the price, pretty good layout and rooms. The only real drawback for me was ants in one of the bathrooms.

The hotel was located hidden behind a shopping area close to the freeway. It still felt safe and you couldn’t hear the highway. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Cons: the elevator was slow a lot of the times. We had a housekeeper come in at 10:20 and said that check out was at 10 on weekends. Our paperwork says 11AM. We were confused. The front desk was apologetic and said they would talk to their staff member. I thought that was extremely weird and I should’ve just called the front desk instead of listening to the housekeeper.

I stayed in a suite for the weekend. The only thing that didn't please me was the hidi bed couch. It was not pleasant at all. The couch was beat up and the mattress was awful for someone to sleep on.

The room was spacious. Staff friendly. No one cleaned our room in the three days we stayed. Had to ask for towels. Had a fire and was woken with "NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHAT TO DO" The night person. ONLY ONE FOR THE ENTIRE FACILITY. Had no direction how to handle the problem. We were woken at 1 AM one other night by phone calls to our room no one on the line. MANAGEMENT NEEDS THERE BUTTS KICKED!!!! LF

both lights by the bed did not work radio did not work and tablet I had no plug had to use the outlet by the bathroom

We loved our newly decorated room. It was spotless, quiet, close tour daughter’s house.

Terrible slow service at checkin. The room tv is not visible from the bed, and the front desk blamed it on a bad remodel. The replacement room had no shower curtain and a plugged toilet.

Great property with useful amenities.....kitchen was convenient, breakfast was hot, location was convenient and close to Thunder Valley ******
