The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are very new. The air conditioner is a bit loud and needs to be improved.

The location and the cleanliness of the property and rooms were superb. The establishment was quiet and the staff was professional and extremely pleasant. The complimentary lemon water was a big bonus, as well. My only complaint was the parking, due to thecweekend many of the spaces were taken up by cars that were semi permanently parked. Other than that it was a perfect stay!!!

Upon arrival we were notnin thebsystem as habing a reservation. It.took the young man 30 minutes to figure this iut despite showing h paid reservation email. This was not.his fault. I blame this on communication between ******* and the hotel. The.the hotel charged me more $$$$ above wjay i already paid. We had been traveling for.14 hrs amd were exhausted

What i didn't like is that I had property on Atlantic avenue with the oceanfront view and got to my location to international speedway and was disappointed 😞😞 they need to get this fixed I was highly upset and then had to drive 5 miles to the beach I wanted to go opposed to the property I had on the beach very upsetting.

People running up and down hallways all hours of the night. The banging on the floor from the room above. Smelled all through our hotel. Not enough parking. Breakfast was only 7-9. Watched a guy assault a female in the lobby. Staff was annoyed they were working and not friendly. The guy at the counter on check in had a stained shirt and looked like he had been on a 3 day bender with no sleep or shower.

Was there for three nights and they had absolutely no hot water the entire stay. For someone with fibromyalgia this was the most painful stay. If you wanted to be clean you had to suffer. When management was told they said they didnt know about it but the front desk replied right back that they have been told of the issue for over a month. I highly recommend you find some place else to stay.

Everything was great. Staff struggled to get all parties checked in quickly, and even though we called in a late check out we had 2 separate instances where housekeeping wasnt informed of our late check out, so slight lack of communication on their staff. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. Lol Overall, a nice experience. Clean, great location, and well-furnished.

Facilities were in excellent condition. Rooms were clean and hotel is easily accessible from the highway. The only concern, this hotel sits on the same property as two other hotels (total 3) making parking a little tough near the hotel. With the hotel in its excellent condition, between the hotels was a dumpster that had a minimum of 4 raccoons jumping in and around it, venturing out into the parking area.
