房間設施設備不全，吹風機沒有，其他環境和服務態度還好

此飯店會隨意找任何藉口扣留客人的押金！知道你是外國客人不會在菲律賓久留因此而變向的要押金來解決問題！

完全不建議來，東西落在酒店了，然後打電話過去，剛開始服務員然後查了我之前的訂房訂單，後面再打過去，就直接把我電話給拉黑了。我用另一個手機號打過去是可以打通，然後剛開始的就打不通了，然後我兩個手機號都是可以互通的。我用新號打過去，接電話的估計説她聽不見我説話。。至於嗎？

整體還可以就是設施有點陳舊，早歺不錯

酒店老，房間的衞生差，有蟲子。沒有被子，衹有一個被單。最大的問題就是裏面的味道，國外的人最好不要去住。

便宜，環境還可以

老化嚴重，房間沒熱水，下水道不通，不會再訂這個酒店了。

スタッフの対応が悪い。 トリップとの問題ならそれはそれで、お客様が支払い済みであるならそれなりの対応にするべき。 あまりおすすめしたいと思わないです。他のスタッフは良かったですが、、

Its a great hotel. I love it, breakfast is really good

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive. Even though we checked in nearly an hour later than the agreed time because of unforeseen delays, it did not negatively impact our experience at all; everything else was simply perfect. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the food deserves a solid 10/10.

We loved our stay! The Grand Regal hotel staff are very kind and warm. The food is good! Our only comment is the extra bed. We were expecting a bed like the ones inside our Deluxe rooms. Or at least a comforter for the extra bed for extra warmth.

The hotel is old, and the rooms have been renovated but very basic and limited amenities. On this stay, the hotel had a problem with the hot water supply for the day and the next morning, it was restored, but it was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast spread is limited, and it could be better in taste and variety

The staff is very friendly and courteous and very helpful and room was very clean and ready for us. The ****** that night was a lot of fun there at the hotel.
