Hotel itself is nice. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. There also was a leak at some point in the shower above ours. Ceiling was clearly not addressed because there was black mold on ceiling where leak was.

For nearly $200 a night, there was mold on the bathroom floor and ceiling, hair all over the sheets, a TV remote that didn’t work, a hot tub teeming with hair of all kinds and chunks of skin, and rotting food in the breakfast. Polaris is a gorgeous place and very safe, so this hotel surprised me. I picked it based on the breakfast and hot tub and it was so vile I left the hot tub in five minutes and stuck with orange juice for breakfast. I will not be returning.

The king Suite smelled like smoke and was hot also, there were disgusting stains on one chair and the carpet in front of the chair. We have stayed here before 4 months ago and loved it but were very disappointed this time. I must say that the staff was very nice, especially Mary Jane. They were sold out so we weren’t able to switch rooms.

We love staying at this hotel every time we visit Ohio. The location is great with a lot to do nearby. The complimentary breakfast is amazing with a lot of different choices and my kids loved the hot cocoa bar every afternoon while I enjoyed the coffee and infused water. Staff is super friendly and always accommodating with smiles and friendly hellos.

Very convenient location for shopping and dining. Staff was pleasant and helpful when we arrived and when we had questions. The room seemed smaller than other Hampton Inn & Suites. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The climate control system in the room was one of the best. I would have given a higher score, but as I was bathing my granddaughter (which I was thankful for a tub), I noticed grime on the outside of the tub and hair in the corner. I guess, I should be grateful it wasn’t inside the tub.

Everything was amazing, breakfast was great! I would bring your own snacks though LoL snacks are expensive at the front desk.

I love the bed how comfortable it is the only thing I didn’t like was I booked the biggest two queen room they have, but they give me the small one which I was really disappointed. The guy that was at the front desk wasn’t even friendly when I was trying to explain, he said that’s all the biggest they had and then I’ve been there couple times so I know how the rooms are. I did had a big room before and then I pacifically purchase a bigger room at that time of my stay. He didn’t want to help me out to get what I request , so that was very frustrating. Other than that it was nice.

This is a great hotel! They did not disappoint! Check in was smooth, and front desk representative was very courteous and welcoming. We were mostly there for the pool and hot tub which were great! The pool was warm, which doesn't happen often. So it gave for a pleasant swim. Rooms were clean and standard, no microwave in our room though. Breakfast was a standard continental. The price was also surprisingly comfortable!
Finally, we thought it was really nice that they had baked cookies, fresh lemonade, cucumber water and hot chocolate already made for guests in the main lobby. We will be booking here again!
