阿道弗斯傲途格精選飯店(The Adolphus, Autograph Collection)

Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place.

I was so excited to stay at this historic location, but everything just kept going sour. House keeping threw away personal belongings that were not trash or in a trash pile, without remorse or offering anything to make up for their mistake (my work badge; trapping my car at my office). While the entire incident unfolded, I was laughed at by house keeping and thankfully I spoke spanish because the house manager couldn’t give me a straight story. the pool was incredibly dirty when we went swimming. the breakfast was over priced for what you get with blessings service. and the location is such a pain with parking, and anybody on the passenger side of a car has to open the door onto a very busy street. My entire weekend was ruined staying here. wouldn’t do it again.

The Adolphus holds a unique history. The customer service has always been great, but this visit was excellent. Especially the front desk, bartenders, Pedro & our house car driver Roy! Thank you for a night we'll never forget.

My daughter and I go on a weekend getaway every month and this month we chose downtown Dallas and the Adolphus. The history, architecture, the customer service; the Adolphus is an amazing place.

Our stay at the Adolphus was amazing so much so that we didn’t want to leave (we extended our stay by a day). The service was impeccable. Shout to Alejandro for making our stay even better!

El hotel es mu lindo y el servicio fue excelente!!!!!! Realmente toda la experiencia fue maravillosa, cuartos amplios, limpieza excelente y la atención maravillosa. Si tardan un poco para la entrega de vehículos, pero si estas en unas vacaciones nada que te afecte.

Our stay was excellent! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very nice and our room was excellent as well! Highly recommend!!

Room service experience was terrible. Overcharged for bad food, some of which was never delivered.

Overall, good stay. Comfortable bed and room. Lukewarm water in the shower for the full stay which was unfortunate. Called downstairs a couple times to let them know the shower situation, but it was never fully hot. Also, very noisy on street during evenings and we could clearly hear loud car noise from the 10th floor.
