一家非常**的酒店!奉勸大家不要預訂這家酒店呢你訂好酒店，不一定給你入住!今天我們就遇到了訂單正常並付款已經完成，但酒店就拒絕給房間!天下哪有這樣的事？但這家酒店就是這樣對待中國客人!我們正在準備通過法律程序討回公道!

Buen trato, amabilidad!

Staff was amazingly helpful; unexpectedly convenient parking. Beautiful spaces. Bar was out of many standards but still a nice place to be.

They did not have a room for me even though I booked in advance through *******.

Very close to Dallas Love Field. Convenient. Surprisingly quiet. The bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting. It was too firm for me. Others probably like it best. First impressions from staff were excellent!!

Did not tell us there was a charge for self parking in an open lot on the hotel property. When confronted with the charge the front desk was not helpful and belligerent. Hotel was ok as far as location and amenities, but if customer service is poor it ruins the whole experience.

No hot water. Forced to take cold shower before my flight, which was the start of my vacation. Also, the soap dispenser was empty in the shower. Paid decent amount to stay here, thinking great hotel to kick off my vacation. Very disappointed.

Great location! It is just ten min away from the Dallas Love Field Airport. The only recommendation I have is need more parking.

I appreciate the shuttle taking me to the airport and picking up my daughter. Very friendly and accomodating. All the staff was extremely friendly. Super close to Love Field.

Easy check-in, staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean. TV had a lot of channels to choose from. Happy Hour was nice. Would recommend this hotel to others Dislikes. Sound on TV was not working properly. Overhead lights over bed did not work. Bar tender didn't seem to be interested in serving customers spent too much time talking to customers. Not enough parking spaces.

took over half an hour to check in for no other reason than they didn't care--room was poorly designed and maintained--traffic and plane noise was about the worst we have ever experienced -will never use again

The stay was nice, but was not made aware of parking fees until check in.

I used their Park and Fly to which was perfect for me. I parked last Sunday and flew back today and spending the night. The hotel picked me up at the airport and brought me right to the hotel upon my arrival. There are one or two places within walking distance to eat or you can order food and alcohol from their bar. I highly recommend this place.

Overpriced. Extra unadvertised parking fee. Something in the room caused an allergy attack. Never had that experience before.
