Excellent customer service. Facilities are very neat and clean. I really enjoy staying at this Hotel

Gave me a dirty room 2 am in the morning in the night then send to another dirty room . This was confirmed by photos’s taken by security going to check . Did not have anymore room to give me at 2.30 am . Had to call orbitz to help me

My best friend and I are from another city, and we stayed there for the weekend. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. It looks like a new hotel, and the overall stay was fine.

I’m going to try and be short .. I get there to check in the guy checking me in was talking to his co worker about idk what but ran my card then told me it didn’t go through to swipe again so I did .. I asked I won’t be charged twice right ? No of course not .. went up to my room checked and guess what was charged twice .. but different totals random totals so I thought that was strange … when I went back down to see what we can do he didn’t have an answer for me said come back 7 am manager would be there he has more access to computer.. went back 7 am manager not there another worker told her the story about the charges .. she checked couldn’t give me an answer either as to why I’m seeing random changes she told me to come back at 3pm manager would be in … went back at 3 guess what no manager !!!! Well come to find out the manager likes to hide from costumers in the back office !!!! Anyways my problem was not solved I’ll be calling my back to dispute transactions!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

poor neighborhood- homeless wondering in and around hotel does not make one feel safe!

Outstanding checkin and check out service. Very clean throughout. Felt very safe as two women traveling alone.

I like that it's close to work. They always attend to drivers that arrive from trips. Quick and friendly

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Convenient and clean. Nice breakfast. Be aware there is a $5 daily parking fee
