設施：設備比較完善，酒店房間面積很大，床很舒服，有辦公桌和大衣櫃。 衞生：還行，乾淨整潔。 環境：周邊環境不錯，可以步行前往對面很有特色的Hilton酒店看看，裏面很大花園和很多亞洲元素的藝術品陳設。周邊有二十四小時營業的Denny's，步行五分鐘可達。 服務：由於人手不足，房間兩天打掃一次，沒有自助早餐，建議去Denny那邊去點餐。

Estuve 5 noches y ninguna de ellas hicieron el servicio de limpieza, nos cambiaron de cuarto a las 3 de la mañana por Noé star limpia la habitación la tercera noche pero siguieron sin hacer la limpieza en el otro cuarto Los diferentes encargados no resolvían solo que al siguiente día lo limpiaban y nunca llegó eses dia

The staff at this property were very nice and professional. I had a bad experience at the prior hotel which is how I ended up at the Courtyard Marriott. My room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a tad dated but I’ve seen worse. The only slight issue was the limited channels on the tv. Overall we loved the convenience of this hotel to the highway and other recreational spots in Dallas. Thanks for having us and treating us with care as we were having a really bad day and experience earlier in the day.

きれいな部屋で過ごしやすい 朝食のシステムが少しわかりにくかった 朝食つきで予約したが、無料かどうかがわからず結局朝食は外で済ませてしまった(結果的に無料だった。。。)。

When we first arrived, everything was good so we thought. When We entered our room, my daughter pulled out the sofa bed. It was full of nasty stains. I did let them know the following day. I mentioned it to the cleaning staff, who went looking for a newer mattress. Still, when he brought it, that one was full of stains. Too, it was just disgusting. On top of that, none of the ice machines were working, so we had to ask the front desk to give us ice. I just felt it ****** an inconvenience. If you ask me in the bathroom, the filters were so clogged it would smell. It's a nice hotel for them not to take care of it and be on top of it.

Everything from checking in, the room, the bar and restaurant was amazing. Will absolutely be staying here for future Dallas stays.

The front desk was so helpful! Teyvon is so kind and goes above & beyond! His food recommendations were on point! The gentlemen who helped us check in, I forgot his name was also so very nice & helped my daughter and I find a place to get a pedicure & it was the beat we have ever had!

Great property. Qiiet rooms and laidnout perfectly. Wall between the bed and the door, closento television with a perfectly located mirror. Balconies! Especially like the back rooms that you can see downtown at night. Comfortable bed.

It was ok. We were allowed early check in so that was awesome but our room didn’t have a bathtub and we really needed it

We stay here all the time but this time was for our daughter who is battling cancer at UT Southwest it was a hard trip for us our room was super clean and we went down after we got back to the hotel and had a snack Adrian in the bar area noticed we were hurting and he was absolutely amazing in comforting my husband and I he really should be recognized for his selfless care for the customers there

I stayed at this hotel because it was a Marriott and was very convenient to UTSW hospital. This Courtyard Marriott was comfortable, clean, and staff was friendly. You can always count on a comfortable bed with comfortable pillows at a Marriott. The bar attendant went above and beyond to serve me a glass of wine the first night I was there. And, the friendly morning attendant had me smiling as I left with my coffee in the morning. My only criticism would be that the room was beginning to be in need of a redo.
