We had a memorable and exceptional stay at Paradise Elegance. From reservation, transport service, check-in process was seamless. Lunch buffet and Dinner was perfect, Vegan-vegetarian option is also available. We are are traveling for a wedding anniversary & birthday celebration, and we appreciated the efforts of Paradise Elegance in accomodating our special requests during our stay. Filipino staffs impecabble hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent service and warm ambiance made our stay at Paradise Elegance unforgettable.

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience! The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration. And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe. Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

組織良好，所有活動都包含在定價中！房間很大。注意：主泳池在下午 5 點左右開始加熱，阻礙了浴缸/淋浴間的熱量。我很高興多年來第一次洗熱水澡，但我錯過了機會。圍繞泳池加熱進行規劃。整個造型可愛。酒吧工作人員需要一些雞尾酒製作培訓

房間乾淨衛生，最大的優點是每個房間都有陽台，方便抽煙看風景，廁所裡面有按摩浴缸，按摩浴缸旁邊有窗戶可以邊泡澡邊看風景，可能還會有人剛剛好划船過來問你要不要買啤酒，船上的伙食中餐早餐都是自助餐不是什麼特別高級的菜色，但是保證都能吃飽，晚餐則是西式套餐，都不是特別高級的食材但就還是能讓人吃得很飽，船上唯一的缺點是會一直向你推銷飲品酒類，整體而言雖然是五星級郵輪，但在吃方面就是普通是吃不到龍蝦跟海鮮的但管飽，房間望出去的風景也是不錯。

這次巡遊非常非常棒。房間很寬敞，有寬敞的陽台。遊輪上的接待人員非常有幫助而且非常友好。我們訂購了一瓶紅酒，享受九折優惠。飯店對早餐、午餐和晚餐都有特別安排，也提供不錯的素食選擇。

我聽說下龍灣非常擁擠,所以我乘遊輪前往遙遠的蘭哈灣。乘坐快艇前往停靠在海上的客船。這是一次非常不錯的旅行,可以高效地遊覽旅遊景點。由於我使用了套房,所以我沒有參加所有活動,而是在一個私人陽台上放鬆。套房的乘客可以在自己的房間裏喝下午茶。在餐廳,他們準備了一張安靜的桌子,與通常的客房分開,所以我可以度過輕鬆的時光。食物也很好吃。最重要的是,工作人員非常友善,安全解釋也很紮實,這是一個可靠的團隊。非常感謝你,這是一次非常愉快的旅行。我強烈推薦它。
