下龍市有機場接送的飯店

We had an amazing time on the Dora cruise. The boat is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Shower and balcony were both large for a boat. From the moment you are picked up to the moment you are dropped back, the staff make the trip effortless. We cannot thank Tom enough for his great hospitality and for taking us to Capa island on our second day. 3 days and 2 nights is much better than the 1 night option as you get a boat trip and island bike ride on the second day which is phenomenal and a highlight of the trip. The staff go above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills. Thank you to Dora cruise for making our visit to Halong Bay an unforgettable experience.

首先裝修沒的説咯，重點提下服務方面： 服務人員的態度很好並專業，有一天晚上應酬回來卻很餓，想吃東西但附近沒有，前台安排餐廳人員幫忙做了一份晚餐，北京時間凌晨1點多，感動又不好意思，這是在越南少有的感覺靠譜的事情之一，點贊👍🏻

環境優美，高爾夫球場可以直接看到美麗的下龍灣風光，海上桂林盡收眼底。不足是工作人員英語水平不夠方便溝通，建議到大堂前台用翻譯器跟工作人員詢問具體問題，避免打電話。工作人員整體還是蠻樂於助人的，有幫忙訂車。早餐豐富但是別的時間段的餐品並不豐富，外出就餐離市區蠻遠。如果不是打高爾夫球的遊客，建議選擇市區海邊的酒店。

訂了一間兩個房間的套房，房間客廳都有衛浴設備，乾淨整潔， 非常滿意， 推薦可以大家！ 附近有很大的傳統市場，非常好買東西，吃什麼都有。

酒店整體環境都很不錯，海景房視野很美，酒店有泳池，小朋友玩的很開心！前台小姐姐艷芳中文説得很好，服務也特別盡心，主動幫忙安排房間以及預約返程車輛。總的來説在下龍灣住這個酒店體驗真的很滿意～！

中規中矩的新酒店，在下龍已經是屬於不錯的酒店了吧。房間大小很OK, 大廳前台工作人員熱情禮貌親切，英文都很好，看我是中國人也努力講中文，謝謝了。早餐裏越南特色食物都有，越南法棍，糯米飯，炸魚丸，米線等等。印象最深刻的是每個工作崗位的服務人員服務態度都挺好。

房間裝修不錯！！床單也挺乾淨！但是大床房是兩個床拼在一起的！所以就沒有單個大床1米8的單個大床那麼舒服！有電梯！另外這邊洗完衣服就沒有地方晾衣服了，這個是很不方便！！還有就是洗手間是沒有排氣扇的！洗澡的時候會有非常多的水蒸氣！如果洗手間有排氣扇那就更好了！！如果在中國這個價錢的酒店，洗手間100%是有排氣扇的！ The room was nicely decorated!! The sheets were clean too! But queen room it was two beds pushed together! So it's not as comfortable as a single queen bed of 1.8 meters! There's an elevator! In addition, there is no place to hang clothes after washing, which is very inconvenient! Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom! There is a lot of steam in the shower! It would be better if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom! If you are in a hotel of this price in China, 100% of the bathrooms have exhaust fans!

服務：很好。不過前台衹會越南語和英語。 設施：很新，還有泳池 衞生：乾淨 位置：位置很好，酒店對面就是太陽世界和雙層觀光巴士。以及海鮮小吃夜排檔一條街，非常便利。酒店樓下還有蜜雪冰城。 ＊其他： 和家人一起定了4間豪華海景房，和一間家庭房。豪華海景房是這種帶陽台的。其中有一間不是正對海景的（2105），再去訂的可以注意一下如果拿到XX05可以問問能不能換。 家庭房沒有拍視頻，但是和攜程圖上給的差不多。大床房沒有窗。我們拿到的房間是朝東的。可以拍到日出（照片）

We had a memorable and exceptional stay at Paradise Elegance. From reservation, transport service, check-in process was seamless. Lunch buffet and Dinner was perfect, Vegan-vegetarian option is also available. We are are traveling for a wedding anniversary & birthday celebration, and we appreciated the efforts of Paradise Elegance in accomodating our special requests during our stay. Filipino staffs impecabble hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent service and warm ambiance made our stay at Paradise Elegance unforgettable.

很棒的飯店，很有水準的服務人員，每位都十分親切且都掛着笑容，很大的房間，300公分寬的超大床，很漂亮的泳池和戶外座位，到處都十分乾淨，還有代叫計程車接駁及代訂遊輪的服務，此次住了二晚，感受超好，值得推薦的飯店。
