Friendly staff welcomed us late and gave us room upgrade. Breakfast was good. Room was large and comfortable. Only complaint is that the pool and fitness center were closed for unknown reasons. We like to work out daily and chose the hotel because of these facilities. Left us disappointed. Would stay again if facilities are open.

I arrived very late into the night. The concierge staff were wonderful. Helped me settle in quickly, directing me with where to park the car safely, and then onto my room. The room was very clean and well presented and also quite, so sleeping through the night was easy. The breakfast offered was exceptional and had choices of hot and cold, savoury and sweet. The good thing is there was no rush to check out first thing in the morning so plenty of time to enjoy breakfast and the surrounding area before heading off. Highly recommend a stay here.

Mein Aufenthalt im Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Craiova war durchweg positiv. Das Hotel bietet eine moderne und stilvolle Atmosphäre, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und die Lage ist ideal, um Craiova zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Service: Das Team an der Rezeption, insbesondere Diana/Ana und Sorin, war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich, wodurch ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch, eine perfekte Grundlage für den Tag. Einzig das WLAN könnte etwas schneller sein, und es wäre schön, eine größere Auswahl an warmen Speisen beim Frühstück zu haben. Diese kleinen Punkte schmälern jedoch nicht den sehr guten Gesamteindruck. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

Sono arrivata in piena notte, senza prenotazione ed in piena emergenza perché arrivata al mio appartamento prenotato no sono potuta entrare. Loro in meno di 5 minuti mi hanno assegnato una stanza spettacolare, perfetta. Sono stati gentili, rapidi e molto comprensivi.

Şehir merkezinde ulaşımı kolay otel. Resepsiyondaki personel ilgisiz, checkin sırasında verdikleri oda kartı çalışmadı tekrar inip yeni kart talep etmek zorunda kaldım. Özür bile dilemediler. Odaları ödenen fiyata göre küçüktü. Oda ekipmanları ve konfor olarak yeterli idi. Kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Ramada Plaza in Craiova. Andere Hotels in dieser Stadt haben mich nicht angesprochen. Ich bin seit zwei Jahren geschäftlich dort und Ramada ist meine erste Wahl. In allen belangen besser als die anderen Hotels in der Stadt.

L'albergo è bello. Purtroppo il personale lascia molto a desiderare come professionalità e cortesia. Non vedi un dipendente sorridere. Sembrano tutti degli Zombies. Freddi, non disponibili e quasi maleducati. E pensare che è l'albergo più costoso di Craiova.
