科斯塔梅薩設有 Spa 的飯店

I stayed at this property back in October so thought I’d stay again as I had a great experience. This time around wasn’t as great. On arrival I checked in, paid and the receptionist gave me a ticket to put in my car. A week later I lost my ticket so asked for a new one where a different receptionist randomly said it’s $26 a day to park my car. I argued that I was not told this on check in and the car park did not have a charge a few months back so disappointed. Also breakfast has gone downhill, back in November 2022 they had the best breakfast potatoes, maybe they have changed the chef but the potatoes are hard not cooked properly, not a lot of choice in the buffet like before so I doubt I will stay at this ihg hotel again. On the other hand rooms, location and facilities are decent. It’s just a shame they are now charging $26 per day for something that was free and adds up a lot when your staying at the property almost 2 weeks. If I knew I would have stayed elsewhere

我睡過頭了2天早餐都沒吃，衛生不錯，房間挺大，牀單被子第二天早上馬上換乾淨的

半夜入住，還有人在前台，挺感動了，房間很冷，開了32攝氏度空調都不管用。洗澡水也很冷。衛生還算可以吧。早上九點來了個大媽直接進來了，說因為她的登記表上我這間房沒人住的，那是我的問題嗎？萬一在洗澡什麼的豈不尷尬無比

性價比高，住宿期間安靜，靠近展覽館位置，地理位置很好，酒店服務人員態度很好，下次再來出差會再次選擇這裏

酒店提供機場接機服務，但建議給前台打電話。因為機場偏小，酒店shuttle不是一直在機場—酒店之間跑。服務不錯，房間空間比較大，但房間內貌似不提供瓶裝水。
