羅德威飯店(Rodeway Inn)

Sorri pero las personas que atienden al entrar . No son muy amables . El cuarto no está limpio. No fue la habitación que yo pedí . Pedí una para un niño con discapacidad y poder usar su silla . Y me daban una en un segundo piso x fin me dieron una en primer piso pero esos detalles no tienen que pasar . El baño no era limpio . Disculpen gracias

Hôtel proche de la route mais le confort de la chambre était là bonne literie juste le frigo était un peu petit on pouvait juste mettre deux trois bouteilles c'est tout et la salle de bain très petite aussi avec une odeur d'égout. Par contre ce qui m'énerve à chaque fois c'est qu'on paye plus cher pour avoir une piscine résultats d'un autre trip de 15 jours on s'est baigné que deux fois car toutes les piscines sont à chaque fois fermées. Et sinon il y avait le petit-déjeuner pour une fois comme promis sur l'annonce mais franchement même pas de jus d'orange moi qui ne boit pas de café ni de thé et rien de spécial à manger à part des gaufres et du pain à faire griller.

La habitación no tenía microondas o cafetera como ofrecían, parecía que no habían limpiado en absoluto el baño

for one to not be allowed any guests of any kind for any reason is got to be the dumbest thing i’ve ever been told in my life but for two they have you put $100 deposit cash mind you cash only and don’t tell you till you’re trying to get your refund of your hundred dollar deposit that you’re not getting your deposit because there were guests over at your room for any amount of time on any day so the fact that I paid over $350 to stay at this place for four days including my deposit and was told not a single person can come in or out of my room then they’re keeping it and that’s exactly what they did not an ungodly hour 7 o’clock at night justified them keeping my hundred dollar deposit

very old and sketchy throughout. way overdue for basic remodeling, gross flooring throughout etc. smells like a foreign convenience mart when entering. if you just need somewhere to crash and shower it can work.

OK, the description and pictures are not even close to the reallity but anyways we gave a shot, and at the end i need to adjust the return day one nigth because i did the change but never apply, I asked for early check up they back to me we all kind of policies (bs), I only asked where are the policies to let the customer get what they paid for. Policies just work for business owners not for customers. People have to be more customer service driving , because owners if you did not know is the customers that maintain your business open.

I knew checking in it wasn't a 5 star, but I have NO complaints. Clean, quiet, convenient. Will definitely stay again!

States accepts pets… no cats Allowed, only 2nd floor rooms, no handicapped room’s available or first floor, stairs, but no elevators, unkept clerk…wrinkled clothes, barefoot
