酒店前台check out後亂扣費，稱有“property fee”以及“sustainability fee”，直接從前台按金扣除。

There was a large surprise “resort fee” that was charged at check in. Since this property could in no way be described as a resort or even vaguely resort-like, it just seems like an underhanded way to charge extra for the room after you’ve booked and when it’s too late for other options. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Very expensive for what you get. Only 2 pillows in a king, needed to ask for more. No soap, except for large shareable containers and we stayed 2 days, no hot breakfast the second day. Only 2 paper coffee cups and only 2 plastic drink cups. Have had better at Motel 6, sorry but we paid about $230 a night, Really

My newer iPhone fast charger came up missing after house cleaning cleaned room I called to go get it and they couldn’t find it. It was lef in the room. I didn’t like that. I want my charger back.

The only thing was the train keeped going by all night and no water pressure in shower. other then that good

The hotel is newly renovated. Everything looks new and smells new. It's very clean. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The mattresses might need to be placed because each morning I woke up my back hurt. The hotel is located between hwy 99 and the railroad tracks if you have a tough time sleeping this hotel might be too noisy for you.

We stayed for 2 nights and they don’t clean the rooms everyday. We had trash and our bed was not done the next day. I asked why our room was not cleaned and stated they clean every other day this is not sanitary. I also had to ask for extra towels and coffee because they don’t restock. It’s ok for one night stay but more than one they will not clean or restock. The place is nice but service is poor.
