Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits pour visiter la région. L’hôtel est idéalement à proximité de l’autoroute et du Mall of Africa. Le parking est gratuit et surveillé en permanence. L’hôtel est propre mais pas très moderne. Les avantages All ont été respectés mais le surclassement n’est pas possible car toutes les chambres sont identiques. La chambre était propre et spacieuse mais dans un décor vieillot. Les rideaux ne sont pas très occultant et l’isolation des fenêtres est à revoir. Le signal du wifi dans notre chambre était faible, nous perdions la connexion régulièrement.La salle de bains était grande et elle avait dû avoir été refaite récemment sauf pour la partie douche. Le service est professionnel. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon car nous avons payé 30 euros la nuit.

I am currently in 318 ,I must say that was disappointed to find out my heartist card rate not included for F&B. You must educate all staff about All membership and their benefits. All staff are good but they need to be more into emotional intelligence, so that guest can feel welcome, acknowledge and appreciated.

Fiquei dois dias no hotel. A localização não é muito boa, nível de serviço apenas ok. O ar condicionado/aquecedor além de gigante é barulhento. TV antiga. Banheiro com vazamento. Simplesmente não consideraria este hotel como opção novamente.

I loved every minute of my stay in this hotel. The staff are so courteous and hardworking. It is easy to find, smack on the Old Pretoria Road in Midrand. Please extend my gratitude to the Manager, the reception staff and the Food & Bev/Restaurant staff, especially Sylvia

Despite the best effort of the staff I personally had a horrible experience. On my second day whilst taking my morning shower raw began coming out of the shower head and subsequently filled the whole room with a pungent smell. Thanks to the manager I was moved from room 314 to 228. Apparently it's not the first time this has happened so it maybe a serious structural issue. The final straw in on leaving the elevator was not in working order. The response was " Ah well"!!!!

The people were amazing.. Helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. Two issues i had was the wifi was very very slow and the tv programes were awful
Other than that i was very happy
