"It's too cold and damp, the heating is inadequate, and it's quite remote. Calling Uber or Eats is inconvenient. The room door is one of those old-fashioned ones that require double locking. It's cold overall, and dinner service ends very early. If possible, it would be better to stay in a more lively area, where eating and getting around are more convenient. This location is too desolate."

"Outstanding"

"What a beautiful place. Location is perfect. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I was not well one morning and couldn't make it for breakfast and Antonio packed me a lunch pack that was fit for a king. We had a braai at the shack and he even to the extent of making the fire and preparing salads. The hospitality was simply great. Will definitely be staying again soon. We really felt at home. Bernice took care of us. Thank you very much guys. No loadshedding..wow. This should be recognised as a five star accomodation."
