基督城卓越飯店的評論

房間還是比較清楚的，早餐就是慣常的麪包、咖啡。位置真的非常方便，晚上出門逛的有點遲，回來樓下隔壁有餐廳仍在營業，就讓人覺得安全性還是比較好的。

酒店的位置不錯，離叮叮車很近，旁邊有震後待修建的教堂，還有星巴克。房間很大，熱水很好，就是停車不是免費的，酒店貌似沒有停車位，但是酒店會幫你找地方停車，停一晚上35紐幣，第二天一早退房的時候會把車開過來，還有專門幫忙送行李回客房服務，整體還是不錯的

位置很好，很中心，走去河邊市場10分鐘。房間挺大，雖然有點陳舊，但比較乾淨。服務超級好，入住登記後先去還車，幫我們把五個行李都送上房間。退房後寄存行李，大堂有很大的地方可以休息整理，非常好。

Great hotel in a great location. Second time to stay and would stay again. They gave us a room upgrade on the 11th floor. Thank you.

酒店房型面積還可以，位置也挺好，但其它都非常一般，包括服務、早餐、硬件等等。停車收費標準挺高的，而且按要求提早聯繫預訂也不回覆的，最後通過攜程説已預留車位。minibar無消費退房後還莫名扣款，管理還是混亂的。

位置就在市中心，淡季遊客不多，代客泊車很贊，車開到酒店大門,有人幫你停在一個鎖起來的停車場，感覺很安全。這個價位的酒店對設施沒有過高要求，我們住的套房很寬敞，衞生間特別大，性價比挺不錯的。

基督城教堂對面 很安靜 服務也挺好

Location of the hotel is excellent. All the junior staff at the front desk are sweet and very friendly.  Reception supervisor, Ali Brown, could use some training and skills in handling customers. I found his handling to be quite confrontational and aggressive.

服務熱情，尤其是剛到酒店時接待的門僮小哥和前台，小哥熱情主動幫忙搬運行李，沒等我們辦好入住，行李就已經搬到房間。酒店有專門的停車場，需代客泊位，每天停車費30紐幣。房間很大很寬敞，雖然設施有些舊了，但使用起來還是方便舒適的。酒店位置也非常好，離有軌電車始發站步行2分鐘，無論是去逛街還是主要景點都很方便。

雖然房間裝修有些古老，但是住着非常舒服，尤其是休閑角，供應非常充足，衞生間雙台盆設計費非常便利，就是空間有些浪費，送餐服務很滿意，酒店餐廳的餐非常好吃，地理位置很優越，就在市中心核心區域。

Sehr gutes Hotel! Toller Ausblick und tolles Frühstück!

The family room is huge! The beds can fit 2 adults and 4 children (if the hotel allows). We used this as a one night hotel stay before heading to the airport in the morning. The staff kindly helped my children check in and bring our numerous luggage to the room because my husband and I had to rush to Hertz to drop off the car. Sorry we didn’t tip as we didn’t know who you were! But thank you! We really should’ve stayed one more night and eaten at the 4.5 star google rated restaurant in the hotel. Can walk to shops + major car drop off. Apx NZD$30 Uber ride to airport!

離景點很近，很方便，服務很好！餐廳氛圍不錯！就是有時候需要現付早餐，不能提前付款，希望可以能提前付款

The hotel is quite old but the restaurant is refubished. They have a USB port cum alarm clock that cannot charge. Breafast was good in the refurbished restaurant.
