地理位置沒的説，就在芝加哥金融城的邊上，走路8分鐘可以到西爾斯大廈，過個橋就到芝加哥中心，房間還可以，就是有點老舊了，大堂基本是國內如家的水平。話説回來，皇冠假日在美國基本就是三星酒店，跟國內什麼五星級根本掛不上鈎

酒店鬧中取靜，交通方便，接近高速路口，不足50米就是食品超市和電器店，方便購買食品和日常所需用品，酒店性價比較高。

乾淨整潔，設施齊備

房間挺大的，展會期間入住的

Great location for west loop and fulton market. All bars, restaurants and even grocery store within walking distance. The rooms are a little bit dated but everything is clean and the bed very comfy.

Don’t want to say anything more. My daughter found a cockroach at a $300 hotel. Won’t be booking this again.

Comfortable rooms, that are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I love the Rye restaurant, as their bagels and breakfasts are delicious. The complimentary coffee and water in the lobby is also a nice touch.

The location is perfect. I liked the balcony. The front staff is so kind. I will visit again.

Staff was so polite and inviting. Will definitely be back
