My wife and I came for a one night stay. We weren’t able to check in early but it took 30 mins after check in time for us to get checked in. We have 2 toddlers who were getting very tired because it was their nap time. Room was clean. There is no conditioner provided only shampoo and showel gel. My key card did not work when I was outside by the pool area. Luckily, my wife was inside the indoor pool to let me back in. Breakfast was good. Easy check out.

Not worth the money !! Hilton are usually a lot better than this one..we were .given a handicap room with inadequate bathroom and told it could not be be changed.. Air conditioner in the bedroom made loud whistle noise all night..we had to turn it off and spend the night in a hot room ..we called down again and we were told nothing could be done..a room change was never offered..both treadmills in fitness rooms had error messages..out of coffee cup holders at breakfast..very disappointing 😩

The swimming pool was not working and the kids really wanted to spend time in the pool. I booked this hotel because of the pool. The AC was making huge noise all thru the night. They were reluctant to change the room as we had already stayed in the room for 1 hr and said other room AC might also make noise.

We did not stay, AC was sol loud we asked for a different room. None was available so we switched to a different hotel. Door lock strikeplate was missing even though the door locked.

Horrible customer service hotel staff canceled my reservation for only 1 room 30 mins after the check in time after I had my room booked for 3 weeks. Claiming there were people walking in wanting a room so she took one of mine and there was nothing she could do I had to just deal. Would not recommend

The hotel was clean and the rooms are very spacious. I want to give grace to the staff since they had to work over Chris**as, but some were very rude. NOTE to get early to breakfast because over our 3 night stay they do NOT replenish the food throughout the morning- first come first serve. A woman working the front desk got angry that I asked for an extra towel for the pool- snipping that I needed to bring my dirty towels in a bag to the front desk if I wanted a clean one. Nowhere was that a stated rule so that was a bit frustrating. Another employee kept snipping at guests when using the waffle iron. Overall an OK stay, but I could’ve booked a cheaper motel and had the same amenities.

There wasn’t enough pillows for everyone to sleep well, including myself. The door to the workout room was broken. To get in the pool you had to have staff open the door…at “their” convenience. We waited for 20 minutes to get in the pool. When we got in the pool was ice cold. The evening staff was VERY unhelpful for bedding, but they loved their phones. The breakfast was decent…typical hotel breakfast. I will try to never stay at one again.

Area around the hotel was nice, and safe. Staff were friendly and the lobby was nice. Rooms need gutting. (Our family had 3 rooms). A/c units are very loud, sometimes high pitched, making it difficult to sleep. The walls have very little insulation, you can hear every tap and noise in rooms next to yours. Bedding needs to be completely replaced, it’s poor quality and just worn out. Restroom…door was either cut wrong or the floor was not level, door kept getting stuck on the floor. There was a poorly patched hole in the shower wall. In another room we had, the whole threshold between room and restroom came loose. In a third room, water leaked from under sink badly. Restrooms are extremely small, you can barely get in there and shut the door. Rooms and restrooms could be cleaned better as well.
