a very big hotel, nice beach view but cannot swim, golf cart to ferry customer around the places

Magnifique hôtel logé en hauteur dans une végétation luxuriante. Même les chambres premiers prix sont belles grandes, beaux bungalows. Piscine a débordement magnifique. Buffet et petit déjeuner au top. Spa très bien aussi. Spectacles discrets tous les soirs. Ça vaut le prix mais cher malgré tout.

Super Service. Der Chefkoch selbst geht auf spezielle Bedürfnisse ein. Was *** wissen muss ist, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Strand hat. Cool ist aber die tägliche Teatime am Meer. Zimmerservice auch perfekt.

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en India. Atención y servicio de primer nivel. Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, vistas hermosas a la Bahía. Su carta y preparaciones eran deliciosas, siempre preocupados de nuestra alimentación no spicy. La habitación siempre limpia. Fueron muy atentos en dejar un cake ya que era mi cumpleaños. Es un hotel muy familiar, pero también un lugar con un ambiente muy romántico para ir en pareja.

Excellent property..we always were in doubt whether to go for leela or taj. Property wise taj is best, has both backwaters and beach coverage. Family friendly, good hospitality, took care of our kids completely. Mr. Vinpugal was very helpful.

overall experience was fine. got the experience of natural habitat but the plants and trees were not maintained. They would have looked better if trimmed optimally . view from balcony was limited, lot of humidity inspite of dry weather. Breakfast could have more variety .

The stay has been a great experience at the Taj Kovalam! Personalised touch was extended by a lot of team members, a special name to mention here is of Jasmine from the Front Desk. Her small gestures, extra effort and a lot of affection and care for our four year old is definitely worth a mention! From the moment we entered the property till the time we left - she really did it all that could have taken to give us a great delightful experience. Our four year old remembers her by the name "Jasmine Didi" amidst the numerous phone calls he made to the reception. Chef Munish made sure that he did whatever he could to please the little one with his food! Mr. Vinipugal was also someone who was really warm to meet! The housekeeping supervisor lady was extremely pleasant and did take good care of our little one! A hiccup that was brought to the notice of Mr. Suku was attended by him, and we were taken really good care of. A special thank you to Shadab and Mr. Suku who went out of their way to make sure that the experience was overturned, and we go back really happy! Thank you to the entire Taj Team, you have lived up to what you're known for and you have given us a lot of pleasant memories to go back with!

We had a very pleasant stay in a lush green ambiance overlooking sea. The stay was filled with comfort, great ambience, good food and excellent services. The visit to bait with one side overlooking sea and other side having back waters and the road to bait laden with coconut tree and greenery was mesmerising experience.

We enjoyed the stay. The staff was on their best foot as always that I have experienced at any Taj property. We would loved it if Bait was available for more time in the evening and if room service could include Bait menu. The only improvement needed is in Chicken sausage quality. It was rather poor. I highly recommend the breakfast staff, Jasmin for travel tips and the person who used to get us food to the room. Not to forget reception team, the guys driving us around as well.

One of the most beautiful properties to stay at. Topped with some excellent service Well led by the GM Suku Verghese Long list of brilliant staff all always wanting to help. The front office, the Buggy boys at the restaurants, every possible touch point.

The stay was ok not bad. But could be really better regarding spa availability slot, high tea and room structure for the amount it is charged. The high tea is very limited and not taj worth. There were no slots available during the check in time
