Great Stay and lovely view. Great Staff

Absolutely great stay. Clean and stylish room, all the facilities very impressive. Rooms, very spacious and lovely interiors. Food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent hospitality shown by staff and the entire team exceeded expectations with their attentive and efficient service and set very high service standards.

We loved the property, the staff, the view from our room, and the location. Special shoutout goes to - Mr Rana (travel desk, who rescued us from a sticky situation), Tanvi, Nikhil, Sahil, and Luv. Others I may have missed. We are deeply thankful to all of you! Would love to visit again.

Great property with great view of the Pir Panjal range, though the sudden rain did somewhat cloud the view. The sun deck is an amazing place to relax. All amenities available at hand as would be expected from the brand. Short stay was highly rejuvenating.

Poor experience while staying at Fortune hotel Dalhousie near Subhash road. First of all the duty manager Mr Gaurav was very rude and not welcoming. Even if you book a room with this much high price they will not provide you room with a view. AC was not working properly in the room. Room and Bathroom was very small when compared with other hotels with same price. Breakfast was not good and there were not many options. It is an over priced hotel with poor service. Would not recommend going there. Waste of money.

We stayed there for 3 nights. It is a cosy hotel with lovely view of the mountains. The staff is very helpful and check in/ check out was fast and smooth for us. It’s a very good place to have as a base while exploring areas in and around Dalhousie.

Wonderful hospitality. . Very comfortable stay. . Fun games for family. It is one of the Upscale hotel in Dalhousie. Food was lavish. . Live singing at dinner time was an additional surprise. . Very well maintained property. Room service was lightening fast.

We stayed at Fortune Dalhousie for two nights. We were a group of 9 people and really enjoyed our time there. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains. The rooms are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the Zodiac restaurant was amazing and the buffet had a lot to offer. Deepika from the Food & Beverage team was very helpful and always made sure everything went well.

The trip was great! At the property, all the staff were excellent! The service, the hotel, food, ambience, facility, everything was really good. At the restaurant, Deepika helped us every time we needed something. We believe food makes every trip worth it, the f&b catered to our needs with a smile on our face. There was live music as well, which was great!
