阿爾皮納多洛米蒂飯店(Como Alpina Dolomites)

The family trip was amazing thanks to the hospitality of Como alpina Dolomites hotel. Amazing staff and service. They can print you out the ski passes. No need to stay in the queue in front of the ticket office. Beautiful landscape could be seen from the restaurant/bar terrace or the room balcony. The restaurants are next door so you do not need to go any further. Just use slippers :-D 2 negative points - the ski deposit is blooooody too far from the room (e.g. 122). you can turn on your fitness app for that journey no town within walking distance... it is a bit far from Ortisei.... but, we were so tired after whole day ... so... no need to walk anywhere :-)

In March 2024 we enjoyed it again in Como Alpina Dolomites. A special hotel in a special setting, the Seiser Alm. After visiting the hotel for many years as Alpina Dolomites. Now part of the Como group. It's taking some getting used to because the color schemes have changed and all the staff have been replaced. Unfortunately, some staff are still a bit inexperienced. However, it immediately felt like old times. Top location, very good lunch and dinner, nice wine range and maximum attention from the waiters. Swimming pool, wellness and sauna environment are still superb and of good quality. Terrace outside very good. As an extra, there is now a bar/restaurant from Como Alpina Dolimites on the slopes where you can relax in the afternoon with music and very nice staff. And here too a nice lunch / dinner menu. Looking out over the Seiser Alm is already a pleasure. Especially when the weather is good and skiing and hiking are at their maximum. Definitely Como Alpina Dolimites again next year. That's for sure.

Wir haben uns seit mehr als 10 Jahren regelmäßig eine Woche Urlaub in diesem Luxushotel gegönnt. Die Lage ist gigantisch schön. Die Architektur innen und außen war besonders und sehr stimmig; getragen von nachvollziehbaren Bezügen zu den Dolomiten und Natur. Dieses Konzept zog sich elegant durch das ganze Hotel; warme Naturfarben und Materialien. Das ist nun leider ganz anders geworden. Es hat neue Eigner. Es soll augenscheinlich umgestaltet werden. Das kann natürlich nach einem Jahrzehnt anstehen, wurde hier aber quasi im laufenden Betrieb vorgenommen und erkennbar nicht abgeschlossen, so dass ein wirklich unhaltbarer Stilmix in den Zimmern entstanden ist, der nur noch wenig mit den Bildern auf der Internetseite zu tun hat. Die Preise sind gestiegen. Der Umgang des Teams mit dieser Situation leider auch enttäuschend - ich hatte explizit vor Reiseantritt mehrfach angefragt, was sich verändern wird. Zusammenfassend: tatsächlich eine herbe Enttäuschung.

Accueil chaleureux. Nourriture inchangée par rapport à 2023, c'est à dire une délice. L'équipe au restaurant est souriante et de bons conseils. La décoration en passant d'une famille de propriétaires à une chaîne hôtelière est vraiment déplorable(quel manque de goûts!). Les charges électriques sont payantes...C'est un peu mesquin, par rapport à certains hôtels autrichiens où c'est gratuit(ex: hôtel Alpenhof à Hintertux, tenu par une famille). L'eau aux repas est à un prix exhorbitant ( gratuite et à volonté à l'hôtel Alpina à Obergurgl). Revoyez vraiment cette décoration bleutée . Heureusement, rien n'a été changé dans les chambres où le confort, la sobriété et le bon goût sont de mise. Dommage que les anciens propriétaires, qui gèrent toujours le Gardena Grodnerhof à Ortisei aient vendu leur établissement. Conte J-L

Ottimo Hotel, servizi impeccabili! Camere spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Palestra e spazio bimbi superlativi. Ragazzi della reception, ristorante, bar e servizio in camera bravissimi, sorridenti e sempre cordialissimi! Qualità del cibo super e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Un paradiso!

We have stayed at the Alpina Dolomites Hotel in the period of 14-28 February. This was our second stay after the first one in March 23”. The location: Hotel is located right in the Center of the Seiser Alm / Alpe Di Suisi ski region. Once leaving the Ski Room, Your are within the close location to all the slopes around. You are also able to transfer within 30” to the other Ski Regions within Sella Ronda. You can not have a better location than this. The Food: Three different restaurants serving grate variety of food. There is a Challet with perfectly done Steaks , Italian with delicious Sea Food and the International hosting breakfasts and dinners in the Typical Tirol style as well as international quisie . The kids as well as the adults loved every moment of it. The Staff: entire staff, starting from Reception Desk, Restaurant Chefs and waiters, housekeeping and support stuff were grate ! Special thanks to Goran for helping out with everything upon arrival and Maja for wonderful entertainment time with the kids. Last but not least- management is always there to make sure all is good. Facilitates: all the facilities-restaurants, pools, sauna are in perfect conditions and well maintained . SPA is also there serving best of it. We were very happy with our stay and we will be back for sure .

Leider stimmen die Bilder im Internet nicht mehr mit der Realität überein. Das Hotel wurde im Dezember nach Umbau neueröffnet und ist nicht wiederzuerkennen. Die Südtiroler Gemütlichkeit ging verloren, was natürlich Geschmacksache ist, aber urteilen Sie selber anhand der Fotos und vergleichen Sie die alten Bilder vom Internet...
