Very nicw staffs ... location also good ... you can reach many shops and restaurant in 5 minuates ... recommand

It’s all about customer service and cleanliness for me …….The front desk employee was so polite and welcoming her name I believe is Sharday …..she was very sweet and also Nick was very courteous and nice ……beds are always super comfy and breakfast is good , towels in bathroom could use updating other than that I love being here.

Al llegar nos recibio Dale un joven que solo hablaba ingles, demasiado amable, el check in fue muy rapido. El hotel cuenta con parqueadero gratis esta ubicado a metros de la US 441 y la Sawgrass expressway. El area es tranquila y muy segura. La habitacion que nos asignaron estaba en muy buenas condiciones, limpia y amplia, requiere renovacion pues los muebles aunque practicos y en excelente estado ya necesitan ser actualizados. Nos dejaron un detalle de chocolates y en la recepcion al ingresar nos regalaron unas sodas. El baño tenia bañera y las camas y almohadas muy comodas y todo muy limpio. La habitacion daba hacia la autopista pero tiene excelente aislamniento y los carros no se escuchan al pasar. El area de desayuno es amplia y ofrecen variedad entre fruta, wafles, baguels, huevos, salchichas, avena, yogurt, leche y cafe 24 horas. Estuvimos solo 3 noches ojala hubieran sido mas noches.

We; were given an accessible room even though we did not select that. The shower overflowed and we needed to change rooms. We asked to be compensated for the night this happened. The manager never spoke to us evening though we asked to see her. We had booked a room for 3 nights with a king size bed. We did not get that in either room. We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past and never had a complaint,

I stayed 4 night. Horrible experience I was sleeping around 9am. Fire alarm ring so round was scary. I dont know what to do. I had to asked downstairs I ask employees what happened. He didn't say anything just say we fixed already. I make a request to clean my room. Wasn't clean no toilet paper no soap no shampoo fill up for me.

El cuarto tenía un fuerte olor a alfómbrela sucia. El bańo necesita actualiz****, es demasiado estrecha la ducha para mi comodidad y se notaba mold en los bordes de la bańera. Las sábanas se notaban muy gastadas y viejas. El aire estaba tapado de tanto sucio que tenía .

Did not like the hotel room at all it was something from 1970 dirty and very used carpet had a hole in it we booked for two days stood the only one day and walked out and got another room somewhere else

This hotel isn’t very old but rooms are already showing wear. No fan in bathroom so fixtures are beginning to rust. Tub was not the cleanest also mop boards were dirty

Very friendly and easy check in. Beds are comfy but pillows are not firm. Large rooms are a big plus. Pool and hot tub are nice.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay when I have to be in south Florida. It’s close to my family, it’s clean, the staff is always so nice. The hotel is approximately 10 years old and they maintain it very well. The breakfast has a good variety of things to pick from. Plus they have free charging (2 ports) for electric cars so I was able to charge my car overnight and have an almost full battery by the time I was ready to hit the road for home. They have seen me a lot before and they will again.

Nicely updated and well maintained. The room and bed were like 4 or 5 star level. The Staff was very friendly. The guy who checked me in was sincerely interested in how I was doing, asked intelligent questions and was just a genuinely kind person! I’d definitely stay here again!
