卡斯珀凱藝套房飯店-近活動中心(Quality Inn & Suites Casper Near Event Center)

房間很乾淨，佈置得很好，有一張舒適的躺椅。工作人員很友好，樂於助人。美味的熱早餐。電視節目令人費解。如果不一次點擊一個頻道，就無法看到實際正在播放的內容。

週邊環境還可以；它靠近工業園區，所以不是最好的位置。就在高速公路旁邊，所以很方便。房間大小合適。沒有電梯到二樓。免費早餐是一個很好的補充。

工作人員非常好！欺騙房間的照片。房間有幽閉恐懼症！

Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! DISGUSTING doesn’t even begin to describe it.

We were given a room on the second floor and then informed there was no elevator, and no rooms available on first floor. Made multiple trips to bring all of our things in - quit exhausting at the end of the day when you are in your late 60s. Old rooms and AC difficult to control.

Hotel was filthy, no elevator, the front desk clerk charged me told me to rerun my card as it didnt process the first time. Went to room and ghey double charged me went back to front desk to tell them, she laughed and said ok. They left maid carts out all up and down the hall way so you had weave in and around to get around.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable And the bathroom ridiculously tiny.

The hotel was very clean, my room was great very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was good and the gal running it I think her name was Patty she was so kind and did a great job.

Their key system is out of whack. You have to insert and yank the key out before it blocks you…very quickly And while we were there two keys had to be re-programmed and they knew to tell us that we must not get the key close to the mobile phone or key fob (for our car). Also there is zero mention that there are no elevators. We are 75 yrs old and they put us on the 2nd floor at the very last room furthest from the lobby (breakfast). Other than that it was great.
