Good location. Near ASU and Salt River front and downtown Tempe. Beautiful hotel. But it did show age, particularly the guest room. But we will stay there again.

So very accommodating including airport RT shuttles. And, the hotel even provided a ride to the Marquee Theater for concert we attended. Otherwise we could have walked but a very hot day despite just 20 minutes from hotel. Definitely plenty of dining a bars a short walk plus ASU is close.

Valet was great service. The bed was comfortable and I decided to get room service which I normally don’t do because usually it sucks. Honestly the room service meal was excellent. Best fries I’ve had in a long time. The lay out of the hotel is good to, I am a smoker and was easy to find places that were convenient.

Beautiful hotel. Right on the ASU campus. Staff was very accommodating. Everything was great for the price. The The restaurant menu was pretty limited but there are dozens of walkable dining options nearby. Otto and his crew out front were awesome! We will stay here again when visiting our daughter at ASU.

I was very disappointed. The pool was under going maintenance and it was closed. No one notified me and that was a big reason I picked this hotel. I would have stayed somewhere else. Big disappointment and poor communication. Left a bad taste in my mouth. A sincerely upset guest!

I continue you to stay at this property on my visits to Tempe. It is conveniently located and walking distance to ASU and shopping and eating and is a very clean and nice facility.

The location is convenient to downtown Tempe but parking is horrible. Also the room was very plain and was not worth the cost of the room. Only one way to enter and when parking on the backside of the property it is quite a walk. Lackluster of a stay.

We enjoyed our stay. the hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner dining available at two different restaurants. The food was delicious and the servers were very nice.

The staff here was incredible, the room was very clean, and the courtyard landscape was impeccable! I could have stayed here for days! The food also was really good!

Started staying here a few years ago. One of my daughter’s favorite hotels. It’s quiet, clean, friendly. Lots of dining options in the area.

Nice enough for a standard hotel, I wouldn’t call this a resort by any means. Very overpriced for a small, standard hotel room.

Service and staff was great, property looked worn. Carpet was worn. Outside area was unkept. Limited places to dine.

This property is amazing. I’ll be staying here every time I visit. Staff was amazing
