"Upon arrival the hotel was not clean. We checked in and made it to our room, to see stains on the comforters, bed sheets, and pillows. We removed the sheets and the mattresses were completely stained yellow. There was squished bugs on the walls. Hallways were tainted in dog pee. We immediately checked out and went elsewhere. Front desk told us she didn’t blame us on checking out. The manager Shelly Reeb provided no help in a refund as they wanted us to stay in another room. Which I’m sure is equally the same in quality and cleanliness. Would absolutely not recommend."

"I requested first floor room so they put me on second floor. The tv didn't work but after I requested some assistance the maintenance guy, who was also the only housekeeper for the entire complex, came and arranged the electric lines to make it work. Of course no coffee maker. It was supposed to be a studio with kitchenette. No utensils at all, no way to make coffee. The shower stayed cool throughout my 4 day stay. Nobody knew how to get it warm so even leaving the thing running an hour before I needed it, it was cold shower every morning! Woo! No housekeeping provided at all. Coffee available at the front desk. Studio 6 is Luke camping. Bring all your own stuff, including bathroom."
