位置很好,離車站很近。服務很好,早餐也很棒。

El lugar es bonito, súper limpio y bien atendido, el internet no es bueno. Un problema serio que tuvimos fue que el establecimiento te ofrece traslados turísticos y al aeropuerto, los cuales los opera uno de los señores que trabaja en el lugar, al final solicitamos que nos llevara al aeropuerto y envío al hijo para hacer el traslado, cuando llegamos nos cobró 50% más de lo anotado, llamamos al establecimiento y señor se negó a responder y finalmente tuvimos que pagar lo que nos cobraban, lo cual nos pareció muy deshonesto, así que cuidado con este señor.

Such a beautiful hotel to stay at in Sidi Bou Said! We stayed here two nights in early March in the Ottoman room. Awesome design with seaview as well as over the city. The balcony is great for sunset although we didn't use it too long as it was windy. Service was great and breakfast was quite complete with seasonal Tunisian fruits. We got introduced at breakfast to bsissa, so delicious! The only drawback was that breakfast was identical two days in a row. Location was a bit apart from the main touristical part of Sidi Bou Said but walkable. Good way to exercise after a meal! The park in front of the hotel is a nice spot to admire sunset over the city. Definitely recommended!

首先，剛到房間housekeeper 好像敲錯門，然後在衛生間毛巾上發現一根陌生頭髮，浴衣全是線頭，泳池做的雞尾酒不好喝，比Radisson blu差遠了，賴在設備頭上，技術有待提高。樓頂的餐廳太昏暗，菜單都看不清楚。泳池邊的餐廳不錯，餐食很好，w衹是領位的姑娘好像不知道自己在做什麼，把我們領到一個沒收拾的餐桌，但其實有很多桌子空着的。再有，酒店的標識不是很清楚，碰到很多客人都在不停的找自己的房間。早餐還是OK的。整體來講，如果以四季的標準衡量，這可能是我住過最尷尬的四季酒店了。順便說一下，花園可以再打理得仔細點。

我想說,如果你看過我對旅行顧問的其他評論,我非常誠實地強調殘酷,所以當我給一個地方一個好的評論時,它就贏得了它。我出差去突尼斯,訂了住宿在The Residence,因爲它離我需要的地方很近,而且評分很好。我可以說,我們被它是多麼的美好所震撼,工作人員令人驚歎,整個酒店和它很大,一塵不染。從海灘漫步過來,距離酒店只有3分鐘的路程,這裏的場地保存得很好如果我有選擇的話,我唯一會改變的是,在酒吧和餐館裏,禁菸的地方,兩者都足夠大,以至於部分可以被封鎖。在外面吃早餐,呼吸新鮮空氣,直到旁邊桌子的人點上一支菸,這真是太好了。

This little hotel is simply exceptional. The decor is classy and stylish; the location is perfect right next to the sea; the whole property is spotlessly clean; there’s fast free Wi-Fi and a superb breakfast includes; the room was very comfortable and blacked out entirely; the rain shower was superb .. and above all the warm, friendly family service exceeds most 5 star hotels. It’s located in an expensive residential area, a 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and the corniche in La Marsa. It’s around a €5 taxi ride from here to central Tunis, but a far calmer, cleaner and more pleasant location. Sat here with the waves lapping outside my window I cannot fault the place. Truly, truly wonderful. Recommended without a single reservation.

酒店不錯的，這個價位很值了，住的還算舒服，要是有海景就完美了，庭院的稍微暗了點，但是進入酒店會覺得很驚喜

Location is right in the heart of Tunis, close to all amenities, Professional staff always willing to help. Must also highlight the gentlemen at the door, at one occasion I was coming from across the road with a heavy box it was within seconds that the gentlemen noticed me from far away struggling with the box and came to assist with the box and carried it for me all the way to the room. Front office agents, Food & Beverage service staff, Housekeeping, Laundry all been great. Breakfast was good. Met a couple of occasions with the General Manager of the Hotel and he made it a point to sit with me and ask how my stay was. Could have not asked for more. Service of the hotel and the cleanliness was impeccable The hotel is old and tiered and deserves a renovation along with up gradation of systems such as elevators, AC, WIFI etc these seems to have been a reoccurring issue of certain breakdowns of systems during my 4 days stay, However I must admit that rectification of breakdowns did not take long to be maintained and back in action. The rooms are large with most of them views of the city, The hotel has so much potential taking into consideration the level of service they provide should it be renovated.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the hotel. On a positive note the restaurant was excellent very good staff and the food very good. On a negative note the house keeping needs to be improved. We had to request towels and toilet paper in the room I had to complain to the reception. I did not expect that building materials were outside our room from a hotel of this star rating..I would not stay there again. The rooms are very tired toilet roll holder broken and the towel rail on the balcony also broken .it's such a shame we went for a break but I was very disappointed

酒店很新，設備都不錯，最nice的是酒店人員英文溝通沒問題，還自動給房間升級為套房，給了個大大的驚喜。
