Staff members were great, hotel was acceptable but definitely not in the range of hotels with that price (at least outside of Hong Kong). The main problems were: 1) the absence of a common room when one can chill out. The bar is only allowed to people who are members of a club. For the rest, you have no place where to sit; 2) rooms are small and not that comfortable; 3) toilets outside of rooms are non existent (there is one in this “club member bar” and you are allowed to go there for a toilet but it’s so small and impractical).
