在開普地理優越對大型超市離長街很近，可以不步行，樓下是酒吧，雖然很吵，但是很安全，服務很熱情，每個人都很熱情，對我一個英語不太好的人而言是一個不錯的選擇，也很乾凈，前台的小妹熱情的指導我如何遊玩舟山還有好旺角，不厭其煩，在這家酒店住了六晚，覺得很開心還交到了很多朋友🥳

Never at Home Kloof Street is an absolute gem for backpackers seeking relaxation, comfort, and amazing service in the heart of Cape Town. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a truly memorable stay.

The staff was so great and joyful. The room had so much space, the bathrooms was cleaned regularly and reception had a lot of knowledge of the places around and activities. It is a very lively street but I had a room on the first floor with a Table mountain view (very beautiful) and I heard absolutely no noise at all. I would 1000% return!!

Had to stage two events back to back at another venue in Kloof - my staff required accommodation as they were all from the Overberg and it made sense to book them overnight so the could walk to the venue when they needed. Staff was happy and well rested so we will definitely do this again instead of booking milions of uber trips

We stayed there for two nights, after we canceled the booking in an other hostel, cause we didn't feel comfortable and safe there. Never@home was the complete contrast program we've been looking for! The staff was unbelievable cute and helpful, activities they offered were really good and most importantly the room with en suite bathroom was amazing ＜3! Only minus was the noise from all the bars on the street. Easy solution: Spend time in those bars in the evening! Always looking forward to come back!

As a first-timer at a backpackers, Never@Home Kloof Street absolutely blew me away. From the warm welcome tour to the secure storage for my suitcase (so I could explore hands-free), this place really knows how to cater to solo adventurers. The balcony, braai area, and the ever-buzzing bar make sure you’re never short on vibes – even if you’re just popping down for a drink and people-watching. I booked a 4-bed ladies-only dorm with a mountain view and, boy, did they deliver! Imagine stepping into the shower and being greeted by a full-on view of Table Mountain. That’s right – shower views! Each bed has its own lock-up space (bring your own padlocks!) and even a little desk if you’re feeling productive. Seating is a bit scarce outside of your bed, so embrace the lounge life. Can’t wait to come back and “rough it” in style again.

Superb location, great staff and super comfy bed with a work area. I loved the back yard with kitchen and chill area where you could enjoy movie and bbq nights! If you get a street facing room, the bar area downstairs gets pretty loud, but if that's you vibe - it's all good. The location on Kloof Street is great, so much to do in the area within walking distances.

I spent about a week at never@home. The rooms are kept clean, the communal areas are all very cozy and the staff is super nice. The location is great. Would 100% recommend

After a wonderful stay in Aug 2023, I came back in Aug 2024 for two nights. I can't compare with other places in CPT, I only stayed and will stay here! Some people told me "Yes, it's great but too expensive", so yea, there might be cheaper alternative solutions, but I did not check... In general, for my experience, I think that you get more or less what you pay for... Great location, clean, perfect service, with private safe parking if you have a car (I had it last year) and very nice people, both there and in the next bar/restaurant Yours Truly... One little drawback: This year the fantastic lounge music bar at 1st floor was closed for renovation... Actually, I did not feel it needed a rennovation, I found it perfect last year and would have loved to find it as such this year too...

I always book my staying with Never@Home whenever im in Cape Town and I fully enjoy it every single time due to it's convenience in terms of the access to all the necessary facilities that you would get at the comfort of your own home. Therefore you always get value for money and the staff members are always there to help about any minor inconvenience.
