開羅索菲特住宿

房間很漂亮。酒店坐落在老建築裏,有舊傢俱,但這就是它的特殊精神。泳池大小平均-不大,不小,深度約165cm。水需要清洗。但是對於孩子和成人來說都非常好。晚上酒店外面有爲孩子準備的游泳課程,這讓花園區域非常擁擠和吵鬧。我們最大的感謝屬於接待處的Mai。她非常專業,樂於助人,使我們的住宿很舒適。

入住的時候有點小插曲，折騰了近3小時，trip客服在問題解決後立馬提供了補償，前台態度也很好，積極幫忙解決問題，就是有點慢。 酒店房間還行，乾淨衞生，床也舒服，就是在一樓，有玻璃門直通泳池那邊，要注意關住，晚上睡得早泳池音響有點吵，很累秒睡沒影響。 房間兩個埃及插孔一個英標插孔，不能自帶煮水壺酒店有配，門口安檢會收走保存，退房可以領。 特別差的一點就是wifi超級慢，卡的不行那種，勉強發發微信。 早餐沒吃，午餐自助喝的衹有白水，要別的需要單點。

城堡型的酒店，應該是正牌五星，價格屬實偏貴。 飛機到的太早啦，到酒店才上午10點，等到12點時給辦理入住了，房間給升級了，住的是2號樓，説是新一些。 房間挺寬敞，還有個陽台，可以喝茶抽煙看景。 洗澡間明明做了乾濕分離，為啥玻璃隔斷衹有一半呢，洗個澡流的滿地水～ 酒店環境不錯，內部有個小山坡，綠植茂密，點綴着幾個餐廳，晚上逛一逛還是不錯的。 gate G左轉，不遠有家西北樓牛肉麪，還是很正宗的。

We were at the Ritz Carlton Nile for a three night long weekend. The hotel is superb, with large and spacious rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness was at a superb level. Extremely comfortable beds and a great view from the room (mine was overlooking the Nile). The hotel is in close proximity to the Egyptian Museum, the Nile River and Tahrir Square. We walked several times, including in the evening - the area is busy but seems very safe, only crossing the streets is a bit tricky in the traffic. I had taken a room with access to the club lounge, which turned out to be an extremely good choice. Check-in and check-out was in this club lounge, as was breakfast. In the evening from 5 to 8 they have a happy hour which turned out to be a real dinner with a choice of several hot dishes (it was exceptionally good all three days) as well as a choice of cocktails. I am extremely impressed with the service in the lounge which was 7 stars...There was a concierge in the lounge, with these concierges I was able to organize both trips to the pyramids and to Cairo and the whole trip to Egypt in general. They were extremely responsive and were able to accommodate all my requests. Thank you Sara Muhammed, Sandra Elhamy, Marize Adel and your boss Ahmed Rami. I highly recommend the hotel...

Amazing service! The room and the hotel are top class and the staff is really polite. Michael Samy is particularly extremely friendly and supportive. I've visited this hotel many times, and each time Michael is always there to help and is so genuine. He goes beyond expectations in getting me everything I need, from a private car to general enquiries. Thank you Sonesta and Michael Samy for making this hotel my go to stay in Cairo.

在尼羅河畔，由於是臨時訂的，開羅房價着實不便宜。check in的時候前台還拚命要up selling，感覺有點煩。大堂超級小，感覺隔壁的洲際排場比較大。不過這裏可能會更温馨。 亮點的話，就是酒店讓人感覺很温馨，門口還有金毛的小屋。樓頂的泳池吧景色不錯（位子比較少），早餐也不錯感覺更像行政酒廊。 客房用品質量一般，紙巾盒掉皮，一次性拖鞋也是壞的。

My wife and I booked the ocean villas for a night as it was conveniently located near the airport and we only needed to stay a night before we departed Cairo! When we arrived at 1am for Aswan to check in to the hotel, surprisingly, we were asked to provide a marriage certificate. This was very surprising as I’ve never heard of a request such as this, and we had already been through Cairo earlier, staying at a different hotel. I explained that I don’t have a copy of our marriage certificate and because it was 1am in the morning, there was no way I could get something until tomorrow. The concierge proceeded to tell me that we would not be able to stay at the hotel and would need to find another hotel! Absolutely ridiculous! It’s 1am in the morning- where would we go to find a hotel. He then proceeded to show me that it is mentioned on their website- it took him 5 minutes to find this, tucked away in the crevice of their website. Absolutely shambolic hotel with such a strange rule! If you are very strict about these rules, you should make sure that it is within the description of your hotel and you shouldn’t have to spend 5 minutes to find this tucked away under a separate tab. He finally agreed to let us stay, if I booked a room- but not any type of room- they only had a “family king suite” available- ofcourse it was the most expensive room. About the hotel- rooms are basic- my AC did not work, but after all the arguing and delays of getting our room, I couldn’t be asked to get the technician to come out at 2am to fix the AC. My wife was absolutely bewildered and shocked about everything and hardly slept a wink- we haven’t slept separately in 10 years I would certainly avoid this hotel

住了行政樓層的轉角河景房，實際上陽台對着城景，窗户對着尼羅河（可以看到金字塔），風景不錯。行政酒廊的happy hour 有啤酒和葡萄酒，東西也能吃吃。房間裝修過，沒什麼太大問題，就是需要在浴缸裏面淋浴，有點兒窄。可以步行去博物館，但樓下交通比較繁忙，大堂也永遠擠滿了人，房間有些噪音，也還能接受。 服務方面，辦理入住和退房需要交30刀按金，搞得特別磨嘰，比較浪費時間。工作人員不算友好，在酒廊和拿着行李在酒店門口等車，被問了好幾次房間號，我房卡能刷進來肯定是有酒廊權限的，不知道問個什麼勁。
