奧古斯丁飯店的評論

分配給我們的房間是冷氣壞掉的，還欺騙我們是中央控制晚上便會有。但事實根本已在幾年前已經壞掉，一直沒有處理問題。此時，比利時已轉入夏天季節，酒店不願意跟我們換房間，只是給了三部風扇。根本配不上稱為四星級酒店！

每次來到布魯塞爾都喜歡住這個酒店，服務好，乾淨，環境好，房間大，安全，對面就有水果店，距離旅遊景點也很近

酒店服務人員態度不錯，但冷氣壞掉了，難以入睡，枕頭亦有跡

Overall I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The room was quite spacious, with can accommodate 2 open baggages (still leave room to walk). The amenities using were L’occitane. The heater and hot water works perfect. There’s also heater in the toilet which I was quite happy about) Just one minor issue during stay, we had requested for the slipper at the front office on the first night and was told that the housekeeping was closed or something. They will be brought on the next day so we expected to have after the room service of the next day. After out for the whole day on the next day and back to the room found still no slipper provided. Since we stayed 2 night we just didn’t bother to go ask again which probably received the same response.

Los chicos que atienden en recepcion nos dieron un trato excelente, la habitacion que nos asignaron era super hermosa, amplia y super limpio todo. Sin dudas que volvere a este hotel pronto

Over all great hotel. Clean and nice staff. Easy access to town center with about 10 mins walk to manneken pis and Grand Place 🙂
