Room not clean, hairs in shower, rug dirty, no shampoo or soap in room. Bugs in room - looked like giant ants. Day desk clerk was rude and very lazy. Very tight lobby area for breakfast, come down early or no seats. Pool not open as promised. Was close to Cleveland. Breakfast was better than most.

Good stay for my family and I! The room was clean! Did not have refrigerator or microwave in the room keep in mind! There is a microwave in the lobby though! Pool was closed. Location is great! Breakfast typical buffet style not a fan of the eggs or sausage. Just gross! I guess I had to settle for the carbs bagels and waffles. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again for a short stay!

I liked how quiet the property was, and there was plenty of parking, which was free. The hot breakfast was good, and Khrystal did a fine job in keeping things clean, stocked, and ready to help. I did not like that housekeeping staff never checked on me once in 8 days, though the front desk gave me extra toilet paper and tissue as I got low. They had informed me at check-in that housekeeping would not come to the room until I checked out, which was fine but all of the stickers in the room said that service was every three days. I know that if I had called and requested some kind of service they would have been happy to oblige, but I'm not that messy a person. I liked how many dining options were very close, but only one or two were within walking distance and you had to have a car to get to the rest. All in all, it was a good experience, and I especially appreciate the 3-11 clerk at the front, Roman, who greeted me by name, and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Thank you.

It was not clean. 3/8" gap in the caulking around the window. One entry door to a room down the hall didn't have a handle. The phone cord in my room was broke and disconnected. I asked at the desk if i could have a glass rather than a plastic cup and was told they don't have any. Never, never will i recommend this place!!!😡

Front desk was very nice. The pool wasn’t open as expected. Breakfast was a plus. The fold-out couch was dirty and there were socks and an old coffee cup under our bed. The light was right in my eyes and the black-out curtain was just decorative and didn’t close.

The room was decent but then i looked in the bathroom, and noticed what might be mold on ur ceiling of the shower. There was no refrig or microwave. No ice and vending on the 2nd floor was our of order. The am staff were nice and the breakfast area was neat and clean.

The room served its purpose and we had an overall good stay. There were a couple issues with the room, but all liveable issues. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good! More than what I was expecting. Generally recommend this hotel.

It was a nice comfortable stay. Bed was amazing and pillows on bed was comfy. Only negative was I was in 2nd floor and heard people constantly walking on 3rd floor. I will stay there again as it was affordable, clean and comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was in good shape. Don't expect privacy if you need to use the "Business Center" for anything. The computer is on a desk in the lobby.
