Stayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

預訂的是 Kings Bed and Breakfast 兩人住宿。他們給了我一間大床房，但拒絕提供早餐，直到我出示了 Trip 的預訂確認信。房間是連通的房間，沒有學習桌，甚至連說話的聲音都能聽到。 17號晚上有人打呼嚕讓我們睡不好覺，這促使我換了房間。他們給了我314號房間。這又是一張大床。經詢問，飯店工作人員Benison告訴我，他們所有的房間都只有大床。我覺得攜程網用假資訊欺騙了我。我計劃向消費者法院提出申訴尋求補救。這還沒完成。

Always a comfortable stay at The Raintree, St Marys! Reservations are always well taken care of and staff always go the extra mile to be of help. Special mention to Rahul, Ritu, Ashton and Uma for making the stay really pleasant and for taking care of every small detail. Truly appreciate their stellar service! Look forward to be back

The hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.
