The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat.
The chair has a tattered hand rest.
The hand shower in the bath is rusty.
The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the ***ager in the next day.

Service was excellent
Facilities was good.
Food was superb especially the breakfast
Unfortunately, the booking i made through Trip ,com was not relayed to the hotel. When i checked in to the hotel, there was no reservation of my record there. I had to contact a friend of mine who knew the ***ager there to resolve the issue. As a result, i have to wait 1.5 hours at the lobby. It is quite a bad experience. In future, i will contact the hotel directly rather than going through a third party.

Savera hotel best hotel in chennai housekeeping staff are very cooperative and friendly especially mr prabhu and ***ik dass did wonderfully breakfast was yummy İn piano and malgudi i will recommend my friends and family definitely. Thank you

I am a regular guest very frequently visit chennai and prefer to stay in savera. The staff I should whole heartedly say that they awesome, the housekeeping, front office, GRM Jenny everyone. The breakfast spot counters . The lobby is spacious, and wonderful swimming pool were one can enjoy.. i always enjoy my stay..

Very comfortable stay room service is good .breakfast spread is good especially the portage and dosa I enjoyed it. I like the guest relation ***ager , very attentive and caring . The house keeping staff prabhu good service. Good location near the music academy. Front office staff are cordial. Love this place . Come again

E' un hotel abbastanza vecchio che necessita di una profonda ristrutturazione, la stanza era grande e silenziosa, la cassaforte era rotta, il personale è stato abbastanza freddo, ottimo il ristorante dell'albergo, la colazione è passabile
