服務態度超級超級好！床也很舒服！景色也非常的好！

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

Отель удачно расположен - довольно близко как к Бечичи и Рафаиловичи с их длинным хорошим пляжем, так и к Будве с ее какой-никакой инфраструктурой. В отеле очень чисто. Великолепный шведский стол на завтрак в кафе Бенедикт, и там же можно прекрасно пообедать и поужинать. Нужно понимать, что если вы хотите купаться, то до любого пляжа нужно будет идти около 10 минут.

很好的酒店

Hotel Harmonia by Dukley com vista maravilhosa da orla costeira e da cidade de Budva Caminhando uns 30/ 40 minutos voltamos dos passeios pela cidade que oferece várias praias , monumentos, igrejas , museus , restaurantes , lojas . Enfim amei Budva e a paisagem de Montenegro.

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant. Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces for the hotel. I only regret tht we did not stay for more days!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff was very attentive and accommodating. My room was like a mini suite with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was more than adequate. I ate at their restaurant on the cliffs and the vibe was serene and relaxing, just what I was looking for! Would definitely stay here again!

Only positives - location and room (size and view). - Hospitality service was awful - staff attitude could be far better, especially front office guys. Room service guys (David) and housekeeping were excellent though. - bfast quality was awful. More like food just made and dumped there. - we ordered hummus and does not come with any bread / how don’t eat it - we asked for water at 10 pm and say we have to wait till morng for the complementary bottles ( first time I have heard this in the 30 years of travelling) - no beach access - no hot water as some boiler broke down but they don’t tell u The property mgt team needs to come a long way to make the stay reflect on the excellent city and its environment and people otherwise. Unlikely will recommend to anyone. If u care enough to know why unhappy, pls reach out.

Some staff were quite rude and not helpful at all. They would question any requests such as asking for complimentary water, and I would have to ask repeatedly just for one bottle of water. If you are looking for more than just a room to sleep in, and a good hotel experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
