房間相較於國內標準是小了點,但是設備衞生都相當不錯;早餐品質也非常高;整個設施、環境和地段都不錯;服務不是那種很熱情主動,但是衹要你去問,一定會提供滿意服務的那種。比較有邊界感。

酒店位置便利、機場到酒店M2地鐵7站,出站到酒店差不多200米;房間很大,晨起趕飛機居然在房間裏看到了日出;前台服務很NICE,而且貼心的打印了小紙條:有早餐時間、WI FI密碼,還送了巧克力;早餐很豐富、早餐廳門口還準備了一些蘋果、麪包,讓住店客人旅遊時帶着,早上5:00就有為趕行程旅客準備的簡單早餐:麪包、咖啡、茶、飲料、蘋果;比較遺憾的是,雖然8樓有屋頂户外酒吧,但是我們入住了三天,8樓都被私人包場,無法體驗。

自助早餐餐食很豐富 位置不錯 市中心景點可步行 機場到酒店大概的士大概30分鐘 關於不小心打碎的酒杯 酒店沒有追究 對此非常感謝也非常抱歉

特別滿意的一次住宿體驗,以後來哥本哈根就住這裏了 地理位置:離地鐵站很近,並且地鐵直達機場。周邊到市中心購物和新港都是步行可達範圍。 設施:房間大小舒適,設施新,衞浴水很大 衞生:乾淨,床品舒適 服務:周到熱情,提供免費行李寄存,早餐很好吃

酒店地理位置極佳!設施齊全乾凈房間大.周圍坐地鐵公交都很方便走路不超過十分鐘!機場30丹麥克朗M2號線直達酒店!唯一缺點服務差!客房服務員連酒杯茶杯都不更換如果你要乾淨的還要自己下樓去拿要不收費!這是我第一次在北歐遇到!一般北歐酒店乾淨整潔舒適服務一流

攜程給的價格超高,朋友韓國人一樣定的房間僅需1000多人民幣,同一時間。我這一晚含税2800多,有點不值。但好在位子不錯,早餐也可以

酒店位置非常好,哥本哈根城區內景區的步行範圍內,地鐵站也很近,可以直達機場,酒店的早餐不錯,而且到12點結束、適合晚起的人

酒店地理位置很棒,就在河邊,而且離地鐵口走路不到10分鐘。大堂和餐吧連在一起,很舒服。當日飛機晚上8點多到,到酒店也快十點了,辦理入住的先生非常熱情(忘記看他的名牌了,後來兩天都沒有看到他),而且快速效率高,因為結婚紀念日還在房間準備了小禮物,非常暖心。房間比在冰島和阿姆斯特丹的都寬敞舒服,房層特別高,所以感覺特敞亮舒服。去國王新廣場就一站路,離國家圖書館也很近。不管往東邊小美人魚方向還是西邊的中央車站或城堡都很方便。下次如果來一定會選擇這家酒店。

位置算是便利的 附近有7-11跟地鐵站 但是這次的入住不算愉快,我們住在七樓的套房,一晚要6000克朗,但是發生了非常多大大小小的問題讓我們覺得根本不值這個房價該有的體驗: 1. 四晚裡面有兩晚到了半夜一點多都有很吵的音樂聲,伴隨著強的低音Base震動。跟酒店反應,他們說不太可能,因為八樓的酒吧那個時間已經關了。我只能說,我不會知道是哪來的聲音,但是已經打擾我的睡眠了 2. 早上八九點就會有樓上傳來的拖動桌椅聲音,一樣也是挺明顯的。酒店的回覆一樣是,早上八樓酒吧還沒開,不應該有聲音 3. 房間內有小冰箱,但是半夜會有一到兩次壓縮機啟動的巨大聲響 4. 餐桌上有提供刀叉盤子餐具,但是每日使用後清潔人員並不會清洗或是更換新的一套。直到我把它們放到浴室的洗臉盆,清潔人員收走了但是也沒有拿一副新的回來。 5. 因為第四點的問題,導致我需要致電服務人員索取,但是Room service的電話永遠轉語音,所以我只好打給前台,前台的第一個回應是:你需要打給room service喔,我回覆他說:你知道你們room service都是沒有人應答的吧???最後他說他會幫我安排。 6. 浴室掛毛巾的加熱桿是壞的,無法加熱 7. 房間原本有兩件浴袍,但是最後一天清潔人員打掃完後只留下一件給我們,並沒有補齊兩件 8. 電視有兩晚是故障不能夠正常收看節目的,有一天通知前台,對方說會安排人員上來檢查,結果等了半小時無人上門,時間已晚,只好睡覺了。

房間乾淨,沒詩齊全。到地鐵站很方便。服務也很好。加了個會員。,這樣可以提前辦理入住,延長退房時間。會再次入住

房間非常大,是歐洲遊一個多月來住過的空間感最好的酒店。早餐很豐盛,在當地比較有名的酒店。並且很多客人都是要去乘坐郵輪🛳️的。位置距離地鐵站很近,交通十分方便。推薦

這家酒店地理位置還是不錯的,走路去市中心,新港,還有圖書館,博物館都幾百米,這家酒店很多歐洲的老年人來住,早餐種類很多,但不是那麼精緻,房間設施略舊,床單和浴巾也不是那麼潔白,衞生一般般,但由於哥本哈根新的酒店幾乎沒有,住這也是可以的。完全能接受,去機場半個小時出租車。

和孩子畢業旅行,這是他第二次入住這個酒店,地理位置很方便,離酒店兩百米左右就是地鐵,另外一邊就是一條美麗的河流,輕鬆愜意,酒店環境蠻好的。

去丹麥哥本哈根定了三晚,攜程旅遊上顯示4.6分 ,但一到酒店就感覺環境很差 房間就更不用説了,床單上有血漬,幾乎沒有客房服務人員,夜裡12點的時候,門口不知道是不是有喝醉了的三個男的刷房卡,動作很輕,我瞬間把燈開了 把行李箱堆到門口,從貓眼裡看到三個年輕男人下了電梯 才發現門不能反鎖,無論左擰又擰 門都能從里拉開,朋友們千萬去丹麥千萬不要住這家酒店 跟酒店反應也很強勢,真的被嚇到了。酒店攜程也沒有道歉 大家儘量不要一個人出門,也要避雷。我衹呆了一個晚上就飛巴塞隆拿了 再也不想多留一天。
