Very nice a view ! Everything was perfect ! We went there off season so it was empty ! Don’t miss their Turkish breakfast! The location is good and the employees were very polit and nice

It’s was very horrible stay the hotel was not clean the bathroom are dirty and old there was less of amenities they gave me a room in the last floor the know i have a 5 month old baby and over all they called them self resort they are far away to be 4 star hotel and the price was very high for such services

The Ramada is a great hotel just outside Bitez and with easy access to Bodrum. The hotel facilities are really nice - the gym and spa are amazing! Great breakfast, beautiful pool and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

An amazing location in Bodrum with really friendly staff. One thing that was a disappoin**ent was the lack of evening entertainment. There is a rooftop bar that was not open and an opportunity for live music onsite to increase revenue and make people stay on ten hotel property… instead we went to the town center for the night.

Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. We have we had to delay our stay another week due to weather conditions in London. They have communicated with us straight and changed our stay free of charge, really happy with a customer service.

Bij aankomst netjes en goed te woord gestaan. Kamer waar wij in verbleven was perfect! Er werd goed schoongemaakt. Deuren van de woningen maken wel veel geluid bij dichtslaan, het stoort vooral als de buren laat thuis komen! Ontbijt was perfect, heel erg uitgebreid, medewerkers super aardig. Gasten maken er soms echt een puinhoop van, maar alsnog blijven ze erg beleefd, respect daarvoor! Wij hebben een fijne verblijf gehad en het is zeker een aanrader!

Das Hotel hat für den guten Namen nicht diese schlechte Qualität verdient. Extrem schlecht finde ich das Personal in der Rezeption. Nicht hilfsbereit und sie spielen den Standard herunter. Die Aussagen sind dubios und an Ende auch falsch gewesen. So unfriedlich und schlecht wurde ich nicht beraten. Leider hat das Zimmer meine Erwartung nicht entsprochen. Zu klein nicht modern und viel zu laut den ganzen Tag. Zudem erhielt ich immer irgendwelche Schrieben mit falschen Namen. Mir schien es so als hätte man an in der Anmeldung alles Falsch gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut jedoch hat man sich kaum Platz entfernt wurde alles Abgeräumt. Sehr ärgerlich – es hatte den Anschein als wolle man dem Prozess ein Ende setzen. In der Umgebung gibt es nichts – alles ist mit dem Taxi zu erreichen, was wiederum viel Geld kostet. Ich war auch in der Bar und auch hier keine Struktur. Mal wird die Zimmernummer gefragt und alles soll darüber abrechnet werden dann wird man doch zur Kasse gebeten. Wie dieses Hotel die 5-Sterne bekommen hat ist mir schier schleierhaft. Ich musste um 3:30 Uhr in der früh auschecken. Es wurde ein Frühstückspaket versprochen, das natürlich nicht eingehalten wurde. In Summe werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen und kann es auch keinem Empfehlen.

The accommodation rooms was NOT accessible by walking the rooms was unsafe, the foot and breakfast was awful, not clean, the room service was very expensive .. every thing was annoying, simple thing are not avail for example charger adaptation
