一直很喜歡洛克這個品牌，因為長居德國，每次去慕尼黑或者柏林都會選擇他們家酒店，主要是性價比高，設施很新，裝修很有設計感，酒店員工也特別 nice。每次在酒店 lobby吃早飯或者辦公，感覺就像一個很有活力的年輕社區！十分推薦來柏林旅遊的小夥伴考慮這家酒店。對了，而且這家酒店就在東邊藝術畫廊邊上，腳下就是那幅著名的柏林牆親吻塗鴉。

不是每天打掃，要早上九點前告知前台才會清潔房間。房間內沒有冰箱，沒有送水，洗漱台比較小，兩個人住，放兩個行李箱都比較緊張。早餐中規中矩。位置還好，就在東區畫廊對面，門口有一趟公交車10分鐘一趟，背後有個商場吃飯超市方便。

The bed was not done yet. So I needed to do it by myself (the place should change this rule). It looks spacious in the picture, but it is small. one pillow cover was missing and soup on the toilet was empty. Well, these are minor things. Staff were quite grumpy which lowered overall satisfaction.

Hab das beste Zimmer laut Rezeption gebucht , da Bauarbeiten in der P.Suite war.
Alles perfekt und sauber , aber sehr laut gewesen ganze Nacht , konnte nicht schlafen da im Schlafzimmer das Fenster in irgendeine fabrik reinschaut und das andere Fenster in die lobby , also Fenster öffnen und frische Luft unmöglich...
Klima oder Lüftung bin ich kein Fan von...
Desweiteren kam morgens um 9-10 Uhr eine frau einfach ins Zimmer obwohl ”nichts stören” aktiv war...
Hoffe beim nächsten mal gelüftete zimmer...

此行目的單一，博物館島看展覽。酒店位置理想，特別是冬天雨雪天氣，快速進入博物館就妥啦。
有幸住上酒店最大的房間，四晚，總體滿意，
有兩點建議：
1.衞生間面積足夠大，應該乾濕分離。地面找坡有問題，淋雨一次整個衞生間都是水。
2.服務員打掃衞生不敲門，太讓我詫異了！這怎麼可能發生在柏林四星酒店呢？！而且不止一次呀……

房間很舒適很安靜很寬敞很明亮，窗外是柏林街景，美不勝收。西式早餐比較豐盛，種類豐富多樣。
前台工作人員接待問詢熱情友好，服務貼心周到，感謝！工作人員説團體預訂優惠價格可以聯繫酒店，享受有關服務。
有點奇怪的是，已經在攜程上付款過城市税了，酒店方面説沒有收到要現場付款，等退房的時候拿到賬單再聯繫攜程退款。

環境100分 衞生80分，最後一天看到更換的浴巾上有一塊淡紅色的印記 . 服務不敢説很好，到店付款税費時，被告知不收取現金，索取我的銀行卡訊息，然後隨意從卡里扣款二次，根本不告知客户，我很害怕離開這裏再有扣款發生，我不想聽他們説對不起，這會給我們增添恐懼感，不知道什麼時候銀行卡里的錢又被無聲無息的划走了

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

訪訪客不幸的是,游泳池已經關閉,游泳池需要登錄,然後可以用一個小時的游泳池。週末的室開業時間從14:00到20:00,對這樣一個豪華酒店絕對不可接受,我們對此感到非常生氣。在預訂時,我們沒有收到任何信息,關於在所的時光是如此規範,而且是完全關閉的池區。在接待處的請求下,我們收到了信息,該池由於節能措施而關閉,而且還缺乏工作人員。我們認爲,如果不提供大量服務,那麼就必須調整住價格。不幸的是,我們不能像我們打算那樣享受住!

Service at reception
The full payment including city taxes have been paid via my credit card upon booking. The payments paid and breakdown including city taxes are stated very clearly on the booking voucher. However despite this, I was asked to pay a deposit of amount close to Euro 600 which was the full amount of my stay that was paid using my credit card. Upon asking, I asked the trainee/Lena why I have to pay so much again when I had paid the full amount via credit card.
Lena then checked with the another lady receptionist on the deposit that should be secured. However, this lady receptionist informed us to pay a deposit of euro 50 which I have no issue. However, she rudely informed me that I have to pay city tax. I told her that it has been paid and I showed her the booking voucher which clearly shows that city taxes have been paid. But she informed rudely that the amount was charged in other currency, not Euro. Seriously, when I heard this, I was shocked with the “intelligence” of this lady receptionist. She needs to be educated on what is “foreign currency equivalent” and to have some common sense. I disputed this and insisted that i had paid the full amount including city taxes, which was stated very clearly on the booking voucher. Lena agreed with me and reiterated to this lady receptionist that the booking voucher indeed stated that all payments including city taxes have been paid. Thereafter, the lady receptionist left rudely without any apologies.
The receptionists should be trained and their service should be improved. Firstly, they should have checked that I have fully paid and should not secure a a deposit of almost euro 600. Only when I asked, they rechecked, but no apologies. Secondly, even after they rechecked, they did not check clearly that city taxes have been paid and insisted me to pay city taxes. No apologies either when they found out. The service from the lady receptionist (shorter girl with curly hair) was so rude and no apologies even though she was wrong in the first place.
I highlighted this issue and feedback to the shiftleader, Andreas Levi and made known to him about the receptionists. He immediately went to check and confirmed that all payments including city taxes have been paid earlier via credit card. Thanks Andreas Levi for checking and making our stay better.
Bed
Not sure why some beds have comforters/topper while some beds without. The beds with comforters are so comfy! Our bed without comforters.
Breakfast
For Europe’s standard, I think the breakfast in this hotel is considered good. With few hot food such as overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, baked bean, and eggs. The omelette is nice (thanks to the chef!) Some selections of bread, lots of choices of good quality teas. Few selections of juices. Coffee machine. Fresh honey comb.
Complementary water
It is odd that complimentary water is only provided to the guests for the first night despite I stay 3 nights. This is the first time I experience this in Europe. Perhaps guest should make different booking for each night.
Proximity to trains and attractions
Close proximity to train stations and some main attractions.
Summary
Overall service was good (except for 1 rude lady receptionist). I will still recommend this hotel. Take the breakfast.

Ttinywingssss因為臨時訂的，差不多三千塊錢一宿，房間在歐洲算不錯的了，但是衞生間真的不如全季，在歐洲真的不能臨時訂房間要做好打算。位置沒得説，離查理崗哨十分鐘，溜達到勃蘭登堡門那邊繞一圈回來也不是太累。對面的教堂正在修繕，不然更有看頭。

訪訪客用戶房間還不錯，酒店位置也好。周圍有好幾個超市如rewe. lndl.edeka.外出達搭乘U1和S7,S5,S9都非常方便。德國的酒店價格目前都遠高於2020年之前，等價格迴歸一個正常水平再去。

RRichard pan服務態度很好，房間乾淨衞生，到店後即使沒有到入住時間，也能夠根據房間情況及時辦理入住，前台還送了小餅乾，很滿意。

MMarius17住宿的位置不是最好的，但很安靜，電車站就在前面。
接待服務很好，可以在入住前入住大廳廚房。
房間裡有烤箱、冰箱、水槽，浴室和淋浴是公用的。
令人驚訝的是還有一台電視。
早餐沒有像所宣布的那樣有很多素食選擇，但它相當不錯，而且是在外面吃的，那裡還有花園。

VViolaDawson酒店總體來説還不錯，性價比ok。房間設施較為整潔，雖然衞生間和卧室牆壁上存在一些磨損痕跡。一開始我們進入房間時，有一張床的床單不是特別乾淨，電話前台後很快有客房服務員換了新的床單。整體上維持着比較穩定的服務保障水準。早餐以冷盤、水果為主，酸魚比較好吃，炒蛋也還可以。果汁是濃縮合成比較甜的那種。種類還算豐富。健身房面積不大，有橢圓機、跑步機、模擬自行車和啞鈴、力量訓練，也還維護得比較好。總體來説給人安全、温馨有保障的感覺，小瑕疵都可以接受。位置也很方便，房間可以看到電視塔，樓下有大型購物中心和很多餐廳。

SSeo Jeong Moon總體很棒的體驗。肯定會重新考慮在柏林住一晚。一分錢一分貨。如果你是一個睡得很香的人,不介意爲位置犧牲一點空間,這就是地方。
位置-在市中心,就在地鐵出口旁邊。晚上附近看起來有點“柏林式”,但聽說實際上是在安全區。藥妝店位於同一棟樓,雜貨店也步行3分鐘。
清潔度 - 膠囊本身很乾淨,我喜歡膠囊的想法以及他們每天早上如何更換牀墊。但是淋浴和廁所需要更頻繁的清潔。沒什麼不愉快的,只是有點亂,所以四星。
服務很棒,他們是通常友好的旅館工作人員
設施-很棒。一顆星關閉,因爲膠囊的通風不強,所以我不得不打開膠囊一點以獲得新鮮空氣。氣氛很棒,每個人都有禮貌,相當,所以我沒有問題。然而,我可以聽到外面和靠近膠囊的噪音,所以聲音隔離和隱私在便宜的酒店房間和宿舍宿舍之間。這與價格相對應。
