伯利茲喬治堡飯店和Spa(Fort George Hotel and Spa Belize)

I booked and paid for an ocean view room and was given a different room on arrival. There was no explanation as to why the room was changed or anything. Once we arrived to the room, I informed them that I was supposed to be in an ocean view room and they told me there was none available because they were being remodeled! They also tried to pretend that they had given me an upgraded room in their new hotel. But the room they took me to matched the pictures on the website except no ocean view. So they were lying! They refused to give me a refund when I requested one and I received no kind of discount or apology. The manager said she would handle the problem and I never heard from her again. Do not stay here! They are scammers! The pictures and descriptions online do not match what you are actually given upon checkin

No , refrigerator , no microwave , no safe and there were no drawers on the main table to store clothes except for two single bedside drawers . Menu for both breakfast and dinner were significantly depleted and almost no local cuisine available and also no buffet options .

Nous avions un des nouveaux penthouses. Fantastique !!!! 2 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain une cuisine un salon et un superbe balcon avec vue partiel sur la mer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

It was fine. But terrible neighborhood. Air conditioning sounded like a freight train. Their restaurant was very nice.

Paid way too much, room was ok, paid extra for courtyard view and didn’t even have a window, no frig, one chair for 2 guests, also was charged $60. for a ride from airport to hotel which should have been a courtesy!!! Denise was pleasant. Changed our room to one with a window so now we had a view of the roof!!! Not worth the money at all and wouldn’t stay again!

The hotel was beautiful. The reataurant had great food and drinks, a little pricey but typical for hotels. Parked just across the property and came out to our car covered in bird crap. Would be nice if they could figure out a way to deter the birds from that area but otherwise considering we were in belize city the hotel was great.

Web site showed wrong location. Room not available. Gave room without a window in it. Change rooms to two beds because king unavailable. In process of renovating, has potential. Wait for everything. New meaning to Belize time.

It is a beautiful property and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful! We will be staying there again in the future!

Not at all what I was expecting. The area felt isolated. There was no beach. Dining options were limited. I arranged for transportation from the airport and no one showed.
