總的來說，我們很喜歡這家飯店！我們預訂了一間可以看到部分海灣景色的房間。房間很寬敞，還有一個大陽台，房間和飯店場地都一塵不染。房間裡有保險箱、咖啡機、冰箱、吹風機和充電樁。餐廳的食物很美味，但價格不菲。最近的超市步行20分鐘就到了，海邊步行15分鐘就到了。停車費讓我很驚訝：即使是飯店客人，每晚也要52美元，儘管附近有每天10美元的公共停車場。我們更喜歡附近的聖莫尼卡海灘；那裡風景優美，基礎設施也更好。入住時，他們從我們的卡中扣除了600美元的押金，並表示會在退房後5-7天內退還。今天已經是第8天了，但押金仍然沒有退還。這開始讓人感到不安了。

My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised. Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience. Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration. Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website. Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price. The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet. Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

酒店有一種復古風，大堂服務人員講解清晰，還提供寄存行李服務，房間乾淨舒服，提供免費飲用水，洗澡水也很大，電梯上下非常方便。酒店離地鐵很近，邊上就是一個購物廣場有餐飲，酒店後面就是步行街。走走就到海邊了位置相當好。

酒店設施位置都不錯，我們定的雙人間還有一個小陽台，不錯。但是浴室的燈是感應的，明顯壞了，洗澡洗了一半會跳掉。停車含税33美金，但是出入的那個道閘真的太原始了，需要掃描二維碼，又很不靈敏，掃了好久才出來。

酒店位置太棒了步行到聖莫尼卡碼頭就一個5-minute,到海灘2分鐘,還有星巴克只有5分鐘的路程。共享陽台可欣賞海灘和長廊的壯麗景色,這是我們住宿的亮點之一。 建築本身是兩個故事,雖然房間很乾淨,但挺小的。牀也很小,儘管描述說明房間最多可以容納四個人,牀是雙人牀。不幸的是,牀太小了,我們中的一個不得不睡在地板上。 性價比很高,但我想這是因爲黃金地段的緣故,儘管有這些缺點,但爲了方便和乾淨,值得住這裏。前台接待員非常包容,允許我們在12:30下午提前入住,儘管下午3:00正式開始入住,我們真的很感激。

這是我第一次出國旅行，雖然我的語言不太流利，但工作人員都非常友善。 我有機會和其他房間的客人交流，這是我永遠不會忘記的美好回憶。非常感謝！

前台小哥哥服務很好，每次回酒店都會跟我説welcome back。房間床品很舒服、床很軟，窗簾很遮光。離曼哈頓海灘和LAX較近，周邊有不少可以購物的地方。唯一槽點，隔音很差，空調聲音很大。有睡眠障礙的慎重。

房間和服務無可挑剔。 入住很順利，還送了一瓶水和一塊熱餅乾（絕對 美味）！ 早餐區很小。與亞洲酒店不同， 早餐不是自助餐，需要從 菜單點菜。 房間裡沒有瓶裝水，也沒有 燒水的熱水壺。 房號順序不對， 有點混亂。 我的房間裡有一隻會叫的獵犬， 這把我的評分從5分降到了4分。
