酒店前台態度巨差，under 21所以就像對待犯人一樣對待你，要罰錢就罰錢不會不給沒必要態度那麼差不知道是racist還是什麼。晚上下雨了很冷暖氣空調也是壞的，不推薦，甚至不推薦去這個島。

1st glance the hotel was really nice looking even for night, well lit, the pool was warm (and clean) the front office was easy to access from shuttle drop off point. The Single King room that we stayed in was nice and cozy, had an excellent balcony view of both the mountains and the resort not only that the room was very modern and stylish in decorative design I even liked the shower. Amenities inside inlcude cable TV, mini fridge, microwave, and hair dryer.

Pros ! Beautiful location , pet friendly and safe , amazing nature everywhere and wild birds singing.
Cons ; hotel restaurant only works on weekends otherwise if you’re staying on a weekday there is no where to get food but downtown. Hotel pool has very cold water , spotty Wi-Fi goes on and off , our in room TV didn’t work at all , “very minor inconvenience but the body- wash bottle was running on empty in the shower ,
I would stay here again for the price and for the pet friendly policy !!

The inn is located away from the crowds in town, is peaceful and comfortable. Room has good amenities and comfy bed. Our room had a very noisy refrigerator which kept us up the first night, so we unplugged it he 2nd night. The Inn is a bit pricey as the rooms have been patched (i.e. tile walls and baseboards) Otherwise a nice place to stay. The onsite cafe had good food and service, Loved the landscaping and grounds.

Heated pool was clean and lovely. Nice length for lap swimming. Lovely crows and ravens for company from our balcony. Helpful staff and shuttle driver. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Lovely stay.

Very nice place . They have an efficient van service back and forth to Avalon . Very friendly staff . A good way to enjoy Catalina while staying in a quiet place . We will go back , thank you

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice, the bathroom and patio were nice. Heated pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was not clean and we had a king bed and they moved us to another room with double bed which seem smaller.
