帝王海濱灣牙買加灣旅店 - 希爾頓啟繽精選飯店(Jamaica Bay Inn Marina Del Rey, Tapestry Collection by Hilton)

This hotel is terrible dirty! The room smells so bad and dust is everywhere. Carpet and bed was dirty. No amentites, no even free water. Just waste of money.

Das Hotel bietet einer der schönsten Ausblicke von L.A. direkt auf den kleinen Sandstrand von Marina del Rey. Der Aufpreis für die entsprechenden Zimmer lohnt sich. Venice Pier bzw. Venice Beach liegt in Fussreichweite. Die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, usw. sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Sehr geräumige Zimmer, die momentan (Januar 24) peu a peu renoviert werden, aber auch der alte Zustand ist in Ordnung. Pool & Whirlpool sollten auch mal wieder renoviert werden, sind aber ebenfalls in Ordnung. An dem wenige Meter entfernt gelegenen Marina-Strand befinden sich BBQ-Plätze (Grill & Bänke) zur freien Benutzung. Das Hotelrestaurant gilt auch für Ortsansässige als beliebtes Frühstückslokal, das Frühstück ist allerdings nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Die typisch amerikanischen Restaurants „Cheesecake-Factory“ und „Killerschrimp“ liegen nur wenige Meter entfernt. Parken kostet 32$/Nacht, solange man selbst parkt. Bei Valet Parking wird es noch teuerer, leider eine viel zu hohe Gebühr, die in den USA aber in den letzten Jahren üblich ist. Wir waren sind regelmäßige Gäste in L.A. und für uns passt die Kombination aus Lage, Aussicht, Zimmergröße und Preis am besten. Palmen vor dem Hotel und der Strand lassen gleich ein wohliges Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar in der Marina mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und eigenem Pool und heißem Whirl-Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr groß und bequem. Es gibt ein Parkplatz für 25$ direkt am Hotel, aber auch preisgünstigere öffentliche Parkplätze in mittlerer Entfernung. Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Zum Frühstück waren wir in der Nähe bei einem Bagel-Cafe, das zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.

ベイに面した綺麗な小さなホテルでした。リクエストすると、レンジを部屋に入れてくれました。 近くには、Traderjoes やREIが入ったショッピングエリアがあり買い物が楽しめます。ホテルからはUberで5-6分くらいです。

We had a 2 nights reservation and stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 hours including a 2PM lunch at the Beachside. Their brunch should be called the boozy brunch because of the extremely loud noise. One of our meals looked as if it had sat under a heatlamp overnight and was inedible. We checked in at 3 and left around 6PM because of the awful smell inside the hallway and room. The room was less smelly, but eventually my mold allergy began to flare and I had trouble breathing, so left and recovered within a couple of hours of being in an unmoldy environment. I was hugely disappointed by the staffs responses to my concerns to which they were quite dismissive and even rude. One even said "We sometimes give receipts," when I asked why I was not given an itemized receipt for lunch? (I wanted to check to see if the bill was adjusted for one of two of the rotton protein served in our salad). Almost 600 dollars wasted all because this hotel did not use a dehumidifier or hyaluronic air cleaner after carpet cleaning was the least of our disappointment. They served rotton food to a person with developmental disabilities while her guardian briefly away from the table.

Dirty hot tub with tiles falling off. We came out so itchy. Front staff are rude when i called to inquire about 2 bottles of water charged to my CC. The sign on the water stated 1st 2 bottles free so we drank them. When I called the front desk back in Canada I sat on hold for 8mins and was told the fine print says to "platinum" guest only. I stated I didn't see this and she said in a snotty tone "obviously" you're not a platinum guest if you booked through *******. She refused to remove the charges for water. Also, the property is littered with garbage and there were homeless people sleeping on the beach right in front of the hotel when we woke up. Not a nice site to look at when you open your blinds. I would never stay here again based on the service alone but the area is unsafe and don't believe the lovely info on the phone when you wait on hold...there was no "plush" robes in our room and the bed was rock hard with hairs on the sheets.

Property was nice but a little dated. Valet guys were excellent and very helpful. Lady at the front desk who I overheard was the supervisor was very rude to other guests on the way she was talking to them. The gentleman that checked me in was nice. 1 complaint my wife had was the bathroom had very poor lighting. She had a hard time putting her makeup on. Restaurant didn’t have a great selection and not very family friendly.

我們在探望住在附近的孩子時多次入住這家酒店。在我看來，房間的狀況需要注意（至少我們的房間）：等待熱水的時間很長，淋浴控制關閉，水槽無法盛水---所以我們浪費了很多水等待洗臉時很熱，等等。

Great stay only disappointment was they told me they would call me when my room was ready and never called i waited for an hour and decided to go check again and the room has been ready the front desk told me. Besides that the stay was great.
