The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The rooms were very large. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but a hotel this nice definitely has a good breakfast. If I were to go back, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's about a six-minute walk to the center. I look forward to returning. The only thing I didn't like was that we specifically requested a quiet location, away from the elevator. However, they had assigned it directly across from the staff room, and almost every 10 minutes, someone would come in and out, and the door would slam, which started early in the morning. That was the only downside. A hotel I can definitely recommend. Best regards.

The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring the city, and the staff we interacted with were generally friendly. The breakfast was a definite highlight – a wide variety of hot and cold options, all of good quality. It did get very busy, so if you order something from the kitchen like a cooked-to-order omelette, be prepared for a short wait. It was worth it, though!

從倫敦來到巴斯、在這裡有了一次很愉快的體驗。酒店位置好、去哪兒都很方便。酒店風格很簡捿、房間寬敞、明亮、從陽台可以看到遠山和市內的風景。衞生間乾濕分離、比較方便。歺廳服務生很熱情、如果早歺能𠕇蔬菜就更好了。

這裡有很多美好的回憶，小鎮不大的，都可以步行，海鮮餐廳去吃了兩次，晚上睡覺不要開空調，温度正合適，床很大很舒服。

Very good location and friendly staffs. Parking about 10min walk away and have to pay in advance. Too rush to try out hotel facilities but we had good rest in this hotel.

位置不錯，家庭房兩張大床非常舒服，空間也合理，大箱子打開無壓力。前台服務很好，停車場步行5分鐘左右。早餐比較一般吧，但是英國都這樣！

位置很好，距主要景點都近，走路去就可以，開車找酒店要經過主要街道，需要小心駕駛，酒店的服務和衞生都不錯。

Very clean and comfortable property. Feels like home staying there. Highly recommended!

出去了一天，回來一看房間沒打掃。問前台前台説清潔員下班了，沒法打掃了。真是服了，房間都能忘打掃，房費怎麼沒忘收呢？關鍵前台一點歉意都沒有，還跟我們説沒打掃是因為我們掛了個免打擾的牌子，我説我們掛的不是免打擾的牌子，是另一個拿吸塵器的牌子，前台又很嚴肅的教訓（那態度衹能用教訓來形容）我們説那個牌子掛的不對，那個是給殘疾人用的。我也是昏倒了，就算我牌子掛的不對，我也沒掛免打擾牌吧？雖然前台小姑娘不負責客房清潔，但她不懂她在顧客面前代表的是酒店而不是她個人嗎？漏客房打掃説明管理水平低，前台處理能力差説明培訓水平差。第二天就換酒店了，非常糟糕的感受。

The hotel is spacious and clean. I am most impressed by their breakfast - their hot breakfast is the best breakfast that I had in the hotel of UK so far. The only thing that needs to improve is to set up a queuing line for check in. No one knows how to queue up for two counters and hotel entrance is quite congested during peak hour.

It is great hotel and location is very convenient. I and my daughter enjoyed it and she said she got good sleep with comfortable bed.

酒店裝飾非常典雅大氣，深色調顯得非常現代簡約。酒店大堂提供飲用水，以及酒店寄存服務。最底層有桑拿房和健身房，也非常亮堂、空氣清新。服務員非常熱情周到，很sweet。房間非常乾淨，空間很大，衞生間也很寬敞，帶有浴缸、以及淋浴間。這是我在英國洗得最舒服的澡。淋浴噴頭可以拿下來，水温調整非常快。浴巾厚實舒服，床墊非常棒，是硬彈簧，比我宿舍的床要舒服😀。唯一的缺點是房間衞生間的馬桶有味道。除此之外，沒有缺點。

游泳池和桑拿還提前讓我們入住了，聽説有免費的牛奶，但是我們忘記領取了。門口就有巴士站可以坐巴士去火車站

兩大兩小住巴斯沒有花太多心思選擇，這家價格還可以，另外有兩張1.8米的大床，太吸引人了。 實際入住之後發現，這家酒店也就衹有兩個大床這一點吸引人了，是此行訂的幾家酒店裡麪最差的。 地理位置：距離bath spa温泉火車站要走10分鐘，看着很近，但是bath地形高高低低，然後道路有些是石板路，拖着行李箱過去不是很方便，我們看距離近也沒有考慮公交，有點後悔，走路過去還是比較遠的 房間設施：兩張大床很滿意，兩大兩小睡起來比較舒服。衞生間比較乾淨，房間色調看起來有點暗。比較差的是房間的玻璃很臟，巴斯這麼漂亮的城市，我卻衹能隔着臟臟的玻璃去看。。。 早餐：英國暑期住宿很貴，吃飯也很貴，所以酒店能包一頓美味的自主早餐能節約不少money，但是這一家是我住過的幾家裡麪最差的。麥片/果醬/果汁這些是自助形式的，不限量，但是香腸/雞蛋這些是做了不同的套餐，比如english breakfast套餐/煎蛋套餐等，每個人衹能選擇一個套餐，套餐規定的比較死，雞蛋都不能多加一個，香腸倒是可以多加，菜品口味也很一般。超級大的減分項。 整體感覺是一家商務氣氛很濃的酒店，不太適合家庭旅遊放鬆享受來住。下次不會選擇這家酒店。服務還挺好的，早餐太扣分了。或者可以選擇不含早，周邊隨便找個美味早餐店也行。
