金普頓維維多拉飯店(Kimpton Vividora Hotel)

早朝に荷物を預けに伺ったところ、お部屋が空いてるからチェックインさせていただきました。従業員の方々は本当に親切でとても良い滞在になりました。残念な点はルーフトップで飲んだ紅茶がティーパックだったことです。値段が高くてもいいのでこだわったものを提供して欲しいなと思いました。夕食も朝食もホテルでいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです！

Our first visit to Barcelona was exceptional! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond at every step. Danny, Rome and Mared (all the concierges) truly cared about helping us have the best experience. Our check-in was fast and easy. The male staff member who did this for us was also friendly and gracious. We wish the rooftop terrace had been open during our whole visit- but the day it was- we enjoyed the beautiful view and delicious food. The hotel’s location could not have been better for us. It was easy to get to many great restaurants. We walked to everything during our visit except the airport! Our room was spotless. It could’ve had more storage space and the design was a bit different but didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property.

The biggest stand out at this hotel is the staff. They always had a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We did ask for a room change, and they actually gave us a tour of 2 different room upgrades and let us pick. Additionally, my mother needed an ice pack for a foot injury. The staff supplied this whenever we asked with a smile. The concierge was also great and helped us arrange a day trip to Monserrat. The social hour was also fun and we made some friends staying at the hotel and would meet up every evening for a glass of wine and to chat. I would recommend getting a premium room with a balcony if you value space. I would also recommend the breakfast option. I'll definitely be back and would stay here again.

All the staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is quaint and beautifully situated in central Barcelona. I didn't see any dedicated Concierge but the reception desk were more than happy to assist with reservations and recommendations. I recommend doing the social hour at the bar, you get to sample some local Cava and chat with other guests. Will definitely stay here again and would try the other Kimpton locations.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was impressed by its convenient location — close to the best shops and the famous Rambla street. It truly is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the cultural and shopping highlights of Barcelona. I'd like to extend special thanks to a staff member named Renat. His ability to communicate with me in a language I'm comfortable with greatly enhanced my stay. Renat provided invaluable recommendations on the city's best clubs and restaurants, as well as crucial advice on which areas to avoid for my safety. These tips were extremely helpful, helping me steer clear of trouble and making my stay in Barcelona even more comfortable and secure. Additionally, there was an incident where a district-wide fire alarm woke us up in the middle of the night. The hotel management responded outstandingly, swiftly ensuring our safety and comfort. They even compensated for the inconvenience with two bottles of excellent local wine, a gesture that I greatly appreciated. This efficient handling of an unexpected situation and the thoughtful response further elevated my opinion of the hotel. Overall, thanks to the high level of service and the personal approach of the staff, especially Renat, my stay at the hotel was unforgettable. The combination of a prime location, exceptional staff, and the proactive, caring management approach made my experience truly remarkable. Everyone was wonderful! We had a problem with the initial room being noisy next to the elevator and our room was changed to a wonderful quiet suite, that we really loved! Thank you for that! Breakfasts were delicious, and front desk people were very helpful and friendly!
