Quelle dommage soit disant nous sommes dans un domaine vinicole ….. et bah non…. Au dîner sur la carte 3 vins mais seulement 2 possible à déguster ok Après goute la demande de pouvoir en acheté …. Et bémol pas posible .. la gestion hôtel rien avoir avec le vinicole… Hôtel 2* au niveau tout !!! Quelle dommage …

Deze bodega ligt op een landgoed, maar heeft toch een moderne uitstraling. Vlakbij Ronda bij een doorgaande weg zodat je ruimte en mogelijkheid hebt om alle kanten op te rijden. En voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ruim opgezet landgoed met groot zwembad even van het hotelgebouw af. Het was in februari nog te koud om te zwemmen, maar het leek ons heerlijk rustgevend. Goede verzorging, maar niets speciaals. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De eigenaar/gastheer is beperkt in de Engelse taal, maar alle andere zaken in het hotel zijn tweetalig en goed aangegeven. De ontbijtzaal is tevens restaurant en bar. Bestellen kan, aangezien er geen continue bediening is, even een puntje zijn. Het eten zelf is er goed en gevarieerd al hadden we het ontbijt overgeslagen. Daarvan leek ons de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding niet gunstig. De kamer was voldoende groot al was er maar één stoel en weinig ander meubilair. Er is voldoende kastruimte als de ruimte in het halletje krap bemeten. Er is weinig licht bij de spiegel in de badkamer. We hadden een bad om ook in te douchen. Dat was een beetje aanpassen en oppassen. De kamer zelf was redelijk warm, al kon je er goed slapen. De gangen zijn wit en saai. Een vriendelijke eigenaar, maar het geheel is over het algemeen wat gemiddeld.

Un sitio perfecto para cargar las pilas...en pareja o familia sin estrés y en un ambiente perfecto en medio de la naturaleza ..personal super atento..y el restaurante de categoría.. y a muy buen precio..volveremos sin duda lo recomendamos!!

Hotel afastado do centro mas a menos de 5 minutos de carro e por isso muito sossegado Estacionamentos divididos por sebes e com alguma sombra Piscina agradável Quarto com terraço Camas muito confortáveis Atenção que está no campo e por isso é normal entrar insectos Funcionários muito prestáveis

We had booked direct with the hotel instead of booking . Com etc. I had booked a junior suite and was given written / email confirmation of our reservation. On arrival we checked in and were given a small , basic double room . I questioned this . The lady on reception showed no concern although told us we could have the apartment as there were no other rooms available . I was taken to the apartment and taken inside and then to be told it wasn’t available for the two nights only one ! This was a special trip away for us, we were disappointed but got on with it . We appreciate mistakes happen but the lady on reception was not at all concerned or apologetic. Some show of their concern would have been appropriate. The hotel was ok . Had a different idea of the hotel as it is a Bodega and it does state on the website that there is a selection of wines . That is absolutely not true there were 3 reds , the same with white & Rose . Would not stay here again !!!!🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Lo bueno es la tranquilidad, los jardines la piscina, la cama, el servicio y el restaurante. Lo malo fue que a pesar de anunciarse con 4 estrellas las habitaciones no tenian frigorifico y que en el salon donde esta el sofa cama, entraba muchisima luz, ya que el techo es acristalado y carece de persiana.

Elegimos este hotel en familia publicitado como hotel en el campo con una piscina y jardín hermoso , que lo tenían efectivamente , pero tuvimos que irnos ya que NO SE PODÍA DISFRUTAR EL PREDIO, habían montado dos eventos privados con inflables infantiles y carpas en el jardín al lado de la Piscina dejando a los huéspedes sin jardín para estar en piscina . No nos informaron de estos eventos al reservar y cuando reclamamos Sara martin al gerente no solo NO nos dio solución SINO QUE FUE LA PERSONA MENOS EMPATICA DEL MUNDO . Tuvimos que pagar noche en otro hotel y no quisieron devolvernos el dinero a pesar que de no se podían utilizar las instalaciones en su totalidad que ofrecen al reservar y pagar !!!!! Nos sentimos estafados . No iremos jamás y no lo recomendamos .

Strange friendly hotel. Their plumbing needs upgrade; toilet flush will get stuck, brief foul smell after shower and sink drain very slow. However, air conditioning is very good. Restaurant is excellent and good cheerful breakfast (starts 8:30am). But WiFi is deficient. Had to deal with mosquitoes inside room… Next time would rather stay in town.

4* what a hoax. I would not even give it a 1 star. The room had 2 double doors out onto a dirty balcony. one of the doors was broken, so could close the door over night. noone to talk to about this. They have an amazing pool, but unusable due to hundreds of wasps all around the edge and in the water. when we mentioned this they this lad said oh yea we know we have a problem with that and the gardener was going to sort it, but has not. then tells us he started 2 days ago. Breakfast was an absolute joke so decided to pack our bags and go back into ronda for something to eat. when we signed out of hotel, there was no did you enjoy your stay, or even a good bye safe travels. just took our money and run. no apology for lack of swimming pool, no offerof any discount we certainly won't be going back.

What can I say this must be the most misleading Hotel I have ever stayed in! The pictures don’t tell you the true story.? This hotel is very rundown and definitely definitely not. Four star. On top of that the staff are very unhelpful. my wife left her purse in the room not in the safe but it was taken. He cards were not used but a large amount of money taken The Hotel didn’t want to help or talk about it! We have tried to contact them but they just put the phone down!!!!If you have booked this hotel please take my advice and cancel there’s a lot nicer ones in Ronda..theft is one of the worst things this hotel should be avoided at all costs

Overall: A very disappointing experience. Wanted to stay for two nights, but decided to ask for a refund after one. The hotel has definitely seen better days. Pros: 1. Peaceful countryside environment. 2. Restaurant food is decent. 3. Room is spacious. Cons: 1. Toilet was cold witout hot water. 2. Smoke smell in the room from vent ( junior suite). 3. Was moved to the apartment for the second night, but the roof was leaking badly and toilet was flooded due to heavy rain.

We wanted a hotel that would allow our pet dog, the hotel allowed this request …. However what they didn’t say was that they were not ready to accept guests yet. The accommodation was detached from the hotel down a hill with no amenable access. The area was unkempt, surrounding area taped off to keep people away (looked like some sort of crime scene) The room dark and musty, no alternative room available we decided not to stay and left. The non refundable booking should have been a clue, lesson learned there! Oh yea, thanks for nothing ***********

Visita de 1 dia en Ronda y la verdad que hemos estado encantado con el Hotel el Juncal un hotel un poco apartado del centro pero super super super facil de llegar y super tranquilo en plena naturaleza y nos trataron super bien estuvimos super encantados
