我預訂了本酒店11月2日-6日4晚的一套房間,2日11點我到前台辦理入住手續時,三位年輕女服務員中會中文的那位接待了我。她按證件查了電腦後告訴我:“你訂的是21平米最小的房間”。我當即告訴她我訂的是69平米高級轉角套房,而且打開手機調出訂單給她看。她堅持説那是網絡出錯了?而且要12點後才能辦理入住手續,要我在大廳裏休息等候。對此荒唐無知的説法我很無語。於是和訂房中介《攜程》客服聯繫,並把訂單截屏給她。攜程客服要我稍等10分鐘左右,他們海外經理會和酒店聯繫並給我回答。聯繫的結果是酒店同意給我40平米左右的房間(降級),但要補交2000泰銖。攜程同意承擔此筆費用,由我交款攜程按收據把錢轉到我賬上,問我是否可以。訂單規定是不能退房的,我一個人衹身在國外,無奈衹能説“可以”。攜程的交涉説明酒店的管理層也參與了此次行為。後來我辦理入住的1205房間比對後就是酒店36平米的房子,其中一位女服務員還把辦好的1502房改成了1205房。
在光鮮的外表下本酒店部分人員毫無商業道德和契約精神的**惡行令人深惡痛絕,也是對弱勢羣體的欺詐,必須予以揭露。希望引起酒店高層的注意,嚴肅處理,公開承認和改正錯誤,以此為戒,保證不再重犯。並把多收的費用退還給攜程。

I booked a suite of rooms in our hotel from November 2nd to 6th. When I checked in at the front desk at 11:00 on November 2nd, I was greeted by one of the three young maids who spoke Chinese. She checked the computer according to the ID and told me, ”You booked the smallest room of 21 square meters.” I immediately told her that I had booked a 69 square meter superior corner suite and pulled up the order on my phone to show her. She insisted it was an Internet error? And I can't check in until after 12 o'clock, so I have to rest and wait in the lobby. I'm at a loss for this ridiculous ignorance. Later, the room 1205 | checked in was compared to the 36 square meters of the hotel, and one of the waitresses changed the completed room 1502 into room 1205.
Under the bright appearance, the shameless evil deeds of some people in this hotel without business ethics and contract spirit are deeply abhorrent, and they are also fraud to vulnerable groups, which must be exposed. I hope to attract the attention of the top management of the hotel, seriously deal with it, openly admit and correct the mistake, and ensure that it will not be repeated. 訪訪客We stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bangkok. The building is very nice and clean, our room was very well laid out. Roof top pool was nice as was the buffet breakfast. Good location with lots of places within walking distance or easy access to taxis and Tuk Tuks. Best part was the staff, friendly and professional service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Sawassakorn. He helped us out with taxis around the city, a local restaurant and arranged for a car to drive us to the airport.
訪訪客While the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you.
