這是我住過的最糟糕的「五星級飯店」。酒店服務極為糟糕。這家旅館實際上由兩棟建築組成，一棟是飯店，另一棟是公寓式飯店，只有一棟大廳，位於飯店大樓內。我們預訂的是雙臥室套房，所以被安排在了公寓式酒店大樓。這棟大樓非常老舊，維護狀況很差。我們總共預訂了5個房間，所有房間都有一股霉味。空調和衛生間都年久失修，導致了這個問題。我們嘗試透過房間電話聯繫前台反映情況，但始終無人接聽。我不明白，既然他們不想接電話，為什麼還要在房間裡安裝電話呢？ 🙄 我必須從房間走到飯店大樓去投訴。請注意，兩棟建築之間沒有遮雨的走廊。這意味著，如果您在房間裡遇到任何緊急情況，即使多次撥打，前台也不會接聽，所以沒有人會知道。所以，我去前台尋求幫助後，他們回覆說非常忙，但現在是下午5點半，既不是入住也不是退房時間，而且前台也沒有客人。前台接待員根本不理會我的投訴。如果你問為什麼沒人接電話，他們只會用非常惡劣的態度說電話沒人接🙃。他們甚至都不問我們住在哪個房間，需要什麼幫助。他們只會找藉口。請千萬不要入住這家飯店！ Trip.com應該認真審核飯店的評分，避免這種誤導顧客的情況發生！

整體來說，我的住宿體驗還不錯。地理位置便利，員工友善熱情。不過，為了提升賓客體驗，還有一些地方可以改進。 1. 5令吉的停車費感覺有點不必要－或許可以免除飯店住客的停車費。 2. 廁所裡殘留著一股煙味，可能是之前客人留下的，有點難聞。 3. 與附近的其他選擇或GrabFood相比，客房送餐服務的價格似乎過高。 若稍加調整，這家飯店可以帶來更美好的住宿體驗。

這是您在該地區能找到的最好、最實惠的酒店。這是一間一室一廳的套房。床和枕頭都很舒適，枕頭很多。雙人床足夠寬敞，讓您在長途旅行後可以舒適地躺下休息。此外，還配有沙發、電視、廚房爐灶/抽油煙機和迷你冰箱。此外，還提供兩套毛巾和香皂。如果您忘記帶牙刷，我們還提供兩支牙刷。

Kami selalu stay kat sini jika ingin ke putrajaya kerana banyak keistinewaannya.antaranya bilik bersih,lantai bersih,tandas bersih Dan tidak berkeladak.tekanan air pun ok.kolam yang besar, Dan anak anak saya menyukainya. Di sini jugak ada dobi layan diri yang menyenangkan golongan mak mak.makanan sarapan pagi pun banyak variety nya. Stafnya pun baik- baik..

這是我這輩子住過的最差的飯店。 進門後，我們發現客廳的冷氣壞了。我們不得不等了30分鐘，直到技師來了才修好。結果他還是沒能解決問題，還建議我們換房間（？！）。我們到飯店已經45分鐘了，還來不及收拾行李？ ！ ！ ！ 而且，我之前還要參加一個活動，結果因為這個，我遲到了一個小時！ 凌晨4-5點左右，我們房間旁邊有噪音。我以為是隔壁的公車。顯然是一連串的大型卡車！ ！ ！結果發現隔壁是一家工廠。我本來可以睡到黎明，現在因為缺乏睡眠而感到頭暈。 水壺也是個問題，因為它是一個舊水壺，燒開後發出一股難聞的氣味。我知道，因為我同事也有類似的水壺，而且也有同樣的味道。顯然，這壺對健康非常有害，所以她把它丟掉了。 此外，浴室不提供臥舖，粗糙的地板摸起來滿是灰塵，走起來很不舒服。 感覺像是被騙了，因為照片上的單臥室大床套房看起來煥然一新。實際上，除了床之外，房間的其他裝飾，空調、水壺、浴缸都很舊。更糟的是，對於一家高評價的飯店來說，所有房間都沒有風扇，這實在令人無法接受。

和家人一起在家度假，體驗還不錯。我們住在另一棟叫做Suites Tower的大樓裡。感覺更像是公寓而不是飯店。整體感覺比較老舊。床很舒服，網路也不錯。 考慮到飯店面積很大，我可以想像工作人員維護起來有多費力。例如，浴缸邊放著一小塊乾牙膏。其中一個遙控器也快沒電了。空調噪音也很大。此外，早餐的價格也比較普通。浴缸的水壓也很慢，而另一間浴室的水壓很大。如果你比較挑剔，那有很多地方可以挑剔。 飯店大樓外到處都是路錐。如果你從停車場走錯了出口，就必須直接走到主幹道，不能再折回酒店大廳——如果你要退房的話，這可就麻煩了。停車費是每天5令吉，需要打電話到前台確認。如果你夠幸運，能找到一樓有限的停車位，那就免費了。 地理位置方面，離萬宜的好地方很近，也靠近IOI City Mall購物中心。 谷歌地圖上，它被列為五星級酒店。我不認同這一點。我覺得只有透過促銷和折扣，它才真正物有所值。我無法想像自己支付全額。我在Trip.com上獲得了不錯的優惠，並透過ShopBack獲得了返現（我的推薦碼是「HvdYtl」）。 我覺得服務還不錯。即使在另一棟建築物也有行李服務。員工很熱情。入住和退房都很快。有一些值得期待的地方。只是不要期望太高。

Well so far I'm satisfied with the services and facilities offered by the hotel. It was my 3rd time staying at the said hotel. I booked 2 rooms i. e deluxe triple and King standard room. will definitely revisit in the future. recommended.

附近有mall很方便 走路就可以到達 有游泳池可以用 雖然我沒使用到 客房服務很好 有問題都可以找櫃檯 CP值很高的一家飯店 可以來試試看喔！

I booked a 1-Bedroom King Suite for one night at Hotel Tenera through Trip.com. Upon arrival, I was informed at the reception that the room I booked was fully occupied. However, the hotel handled it very well by upgrading me to an even bigger unit a 2-bedroom suite that felt like a whole house! The upgraded suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable perfect for a short getaway. Even though I didn’t get the exact room I booked, the quick upgrade and excellent customer service made the experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel for its service and comfort. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for rest after a long day. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with strong water pressure in the shower. Facilities were impressive – the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the gym had a decent selection of equipment. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious local and international options. Location-wise, it’s convenient with nearby shops, eateries, and easy access to the highway. There’s also a lot of halal food options around the area. Overall, Hotel Tenera Bangi is great for families, business travelers, or a relaxing staycation. I’ll definitely be returning!

Booked through Trip.com and got a great discount. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the environment was clean and conducive. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the swimming pool—complete with slides—was a hit with the kids. Don’t forget to request the flat rate parking for added convenience. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Kudos to the team! Minor downside: the TV signal was unstable at times. Still, a wonderful short staycation with the family—would definitely recommend!

設施老舊，水壓低，水温不熱，衞生間還有下水道的味道。 前台和行李員服務OK，早餐煮麪的工作人員服務態度不好。 房間陽台風景開闊

A very nice hotel. But I just can experience for a while. Airasia delayed 8 hours and I reached the hotel around 5am. Slept two hours and checked out again. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and the most important thing is the room is clean. 😃
